As a college student who is trying to build an identity for herself, I find citation labs to be very helpful. Are using citation labs my goal was to obtain the best audience I could get in order to show amazing content and build a great outreach strategy for myself. Citation labs helped me to do just that easily.

**What do you like best about Citation Labs?**

I love the way citation labs helps me become recognizable and not only that but it also makes me stand out when compared to other people in my field. This is perfect during a job search!

**What do you dislike about Citation Labs?**

not much to dislike about this tool, just takes some time getting used it but overall it is a great program. This product could be better by adding a help button and maybe a live chat with experts in case one needs help right away throughout the process.

**What problems is Citation Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool I am solving the problems of not being recognized by companies. Citation labs makes sure that I am able to be recognized and therefore reach more people and employers.
