It is very easy to update configurations and has great automated failover with URL filtering, AMP, and IPS features; ISE is also an excellent product for the visibility of the end devices and control. **What do you dislike about Cisco Security Hardware?** Most things are still not automated due to that netowrk administration cost and other tool need to monitor and anylisist the traffic. and again some automated machnisem to triger the customize alert in the box. **Recommendations to others considering Cisco Security Hardware:** Well, I have a great experience with cisco after-sale relations like cisco tac support, RMA etc as compared to other vendors. **What problems is Cisco Security Hardware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yes, it's beneficial cisco FTD firewall that includes security control, URL filtering, thread control, remote access VPN, and also helpful to comply the PCI DSS certification. ### 6. It will find any issue as a reason to close out and you have to restart and relog back into all your work programs.
