**What do you like best about Ciphertrace Platform?**

The best thing about CipherTrace is tyat it helps in real time monitoring and it allows to detect suspicious activities and in case any suspicious activity is detected, the alerts are always there to notify regarding any potential threats. The level of support in CipherTrace is also great.Their team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ciphertrace Platform?**

Blockchain security is bit complex which is bit difficult for new users to understand and additional training is required to learn about how CipherTrace works. Furthermore, in case the data is incomplete, reliable insights are not provided.

**What problems is Ciphertrace Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to have realtime monitoring which other tools were not providing accurately but CipherTrace provides real time monitoring alongwith transparent view of Blockchain transactions which helps to build trust in the financial ecosystem.
