## About Cinquo
Cinquo (formerly Localboss) is a Google Reviews Optimization (GRO) platform for restaurants, hospitality groups, and multi-location businesses. Unlike reputation management tools, which focus on monitoring and reporting, Cinquo is designed to improve a business's Google rating. Cinquo works exclusively with Google Reviews. This specialization makes it a focused alternative to broad reputation suites such as Birdeye, Uberall, or Podium and the best in class for Google Reviews management and optimization. Cinquo is used by more than 1,000 active clients managing over 3,000 locations across five continents, including multi-location restaurant groups like Wok to Walk, Grupo Isabella's, Ikibana, and Grupo Moncho's, as well as independent businesses. It is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and as a web platform designed for teams and chains. Core capabilities: - Rating metrics. Cinquo calculates the real Google rating without rounding, partial scores, weekly/monthly/yearly trends, review volume, and unanswered reviews — per location and aggregated across a brand. Users can set rating goals and see how many 5-star reviews are needed to reach the next rating milestone. - AI-assisted responses (CINTIA). CINTIA is Cinquo's AI agent, built on Google's Gemini. It suggests responses to reviews in any language, following the tone and instructions defined by the business. CINTIA does not respond automatically: every response requires human approval before publishing. - Google Policy detection. Cinquo detects when a review breaks Google policies and can be removed. - Review collection. Businesses can request reviews through shareable links (WhatsApp, SMS, email) and personalized QR codes. QR codes can be assigned to individual staff members, tables, or locations to identify where reviews originate. - Multi-location management. All locations are managed from a single account, with brand-level KPIs and location-level detail. The web version allows chains and groups to analyze and respond at scale from a desktop. - Delegated users with permission control. Employees, partners, or agencies can manage reviews without being managers of the Google Business Profile. Access is defined per location. - Push notifications. Alerts for new reviews and relevant events, such as rating drops or deleted reviews. Cinquo was founded in 2022 by Xavier Colomés and Jordi Gil de Bernabé, is bootstrapped, and is headquartered in Spain. The company rebranded from Localboss to Cinquo in January 2026.
