The process to take a sales order from quoting stage through invoice and entering the Cost of Goods Sold is smooth and well-integrated. Whenever we have a problem, the same small dedicated team is committed to helping. Our use case is taken seriously and when possible, features are developed in response to our needs. This is the sign of a humble and learning culture. That's what sets them apart. They listen to their customers and innovate. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** The UI is buggy so frequent conversations with support are necessary. This can slow us down. Support addresses the issues, but it can take time. **What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderhive complements BigCommerce and Shipstation. It is our inventory management system and our automation engine for repetitive tasks. It does both things well and has saved us countless time and money. We manage purchasing and stock on desktops and tablet. It accurately syncs inventory with BigCommerce and communicates with our suppliers with purchase orders and drop ship orders. It integrates well with Shipstation and allows us to move shipment data both ways between Shipstation and BigCommece. The automation engine is powerful and we use it to communicate internally and with customers for recurring events like bad stock exceptions. It even lets us automate the drafting of purchase orders when stock levels drop. After more than a year of use, we continue to add automations whenever we identify opportunities to save time and reduce errors. ### 49. You'll have a very terrible experience. More below: We recently went through the process of evaluating potential IMS software for our company after the retirement of Tradegecko/Quickbooks commerce. Cin7 and Dear were two of our options, they both have common ownership. When we decided on the software we would like to use our sales contact officially applied for the discount they had offered us (in writing) and we've been stuck for a week and a half in limbo. We've been told that we can't get the promised pricing because we were considering both of their pieces of software simultaneously, which doesn't seem at all relevant.
