In addition, the platform includes a B2B login purchase portal **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** Its challenging with any system to change, the interface at first is daunting but with a few modifications you are able to change the way that you interface with the GUI, first up I went for horizontal layout so the menus are at the top. I know inventory is a complicated concept, Core does a nice job of simplifying it for the user, but it is still complicated. But overall it is a strong tool and easy to follow. Movements, BOM's, transfers, stock adjustments. That is the only good thing I can possibly say about the software. Good news is thats all I need it for. Read more before thinking this is a good thing. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** 100% don't count on it for good customer support. That was never there to begin with, but when DEAR was bought out it got even worse. Don't count on it for financial tracking. Don't count on it for good reporting at all Don't count on it to work very well, its very clunky. Don't count on getting communication from the company about good bugs. Also they are greedy crooks raising the price 10% out of nowhere because they claim they are improving the software. All these features that I don't even use.... We used to oversell products and this helps prevent that from happening. It also allows me to communicate with my team what inventory is incoming. It integrated well with Shopify, QBO, and a little bit with Amazon. But that's when the nitty gritty details came to light and force a lot more manual hand-holding than necessary. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** The system is slower than when we began. Importing new products from Shopify would skip past all existing items, while now, it runs through every single item taking hours to process the whole list. Shortcomings have become more evident: Orders modified in Shopify are not updated in Cin7 - causing inventory discrepancies Same with Amazon as this has caused a number of accounting/inventory problems Support overall is friendly, but never really gives an answer that directly solves the problem. Bigger issues with credits coming into Cin7 by way of a refund, futher persisting into order after order for the customer. Something doesn't work with our Amazon customer import and Cin7 has suggested we contact Amazon... **What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory discrepancies appear at times and are likely related to the way that returns, and order changes are not properly handled nor updated in Cin7. Slow speed on importing products and pushing the quantities into Shopify/eBay. ### 23. As well as mapping all of the different COGS, Revenue, and Inventory accounts with QBO. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** We've had issues with order changes on Shopify, the orders in Cin7 Core don't reflect the change in the Shopify order automatically and require manual edits to correct it. **What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us keep track of our inventory movements and ensures we handling our expenses and setting our prices appropriately. The interfaces are consistent and easy to understand for an inventory beginner. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?** They have not had the best approach to development over the years with all the ownership changes. Rather than focusing on some key flaws, they put all their effort into trying to be an ERP. Not that it is branded as a "Core" product of Cin7, it is unclear how that relates to their relationship with Cin7 as an ERP. Hopefull Cin7 can help them chart a better path. **What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am unclear what the plan is with Dear becoming Cin7 Core from the communications. As a casual observer, it appears they are two products filling the same role. Granted, this activity is not a principal part of our consulting, so I have not followed their communications closely. ### 36.
