What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

For us the access to the free training was a game changer. It is already an expensive service for certain SME companies, however the funtionality, technical support, ability to not have to pay additional companies thousands in order to conduct business as usual are all big factors for why we like Cin7 Core Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to have traceability and track fundamental aspects about the business. The ability to have far better insights from the repoting system for executive decisions. Having redundancy in terms of employees and lifting the workload. In other words each team member is able to lift other team members work loads should this be required and remotely. What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

The complete package received is very cost effective compared to other products in the market place. You only need to pay for modules that you use.

Support is extremely quick, and for the most part they know what they are talking about and issues are resolved promptly,

EDITED - zero customer support and feedback since becoming Cin7. They cant even keep their own paid extra's (automations) working, but they still take your money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

I feel that they need an experienced accountant on their IT team as there are "holes" in their programming that really should not be there and often we are only talking about basic accounting.

There is no age analysis

Reporting is in general very poor and difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for

No report for credit notes not restocked

Ability to not have discount on a single item

Authorisation for credit notes is linked to invoices instead of being stand alone

- Many small issues that if fixed will make a monumental difference to the users

EDITED - ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOW SINCE CIN7 TOOK OVER - SINCE THEY CANT KEEP THEIR OWN PAID ADD-ONS WORKING IT IS TIME TO LOOK FOR OTHER ALTERNATIVES WHERE THE CLIENT IS NOT TREATED AS A CASH COW Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
