Cin7 Core is a full featured app that can do most things right out of the box. The UI is intuitive and comprehensive. It has many included integrations that perform well. In my opinion pricing is fair for what it offers. Support has been responsive and just recently implemented updates that fixed my issue. They kept me up to date until it was resolved. I am in a very specific industry and need certain features but for the most part I can work around it. The complete package received is very cost effective compared to other products in the market place. You only need to pay for modules that you use. Support is extremely quick, and for the most part they know what they are talking about and issues are resolved promptly, EDITED - zero customer support and feedback since becoming Cin7. I feel that they need an experienced accountant on their IT team as there are "holes" in their programming that really should not be there and often we are only talking about basic accounting.
