I like that echo gravity  focuses specifically on inbound marketing for staffing, recruiting, and contact center companies,  which makes the strategies and content very relevant to our industry.

echo gravity could improve by expanding its service scope and customization options so campaigns can be tailored more closely to unique business models and regions.

There are many features like outsource marketing and brand marketing are really handy nad useful. Integration of Echogravity into business is one of best in this field.

Need to improve customer support in order to improve client interaction and improve Communication. There are also few difficulties In implementation.
