Assists with Business Continuity Planning - we have never really had a BCP in place, and any data backup has just been using Windows Azure backup. With the suite of tools available with Adam it helps with data backup, recovery and lost data (not just deleted but corrupt). On and Off Premise Backup situations assisted us with our backup planning especially as we expand and had legal requirements for backup types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CiContinuity? Unfortunately being in another time zone, support is harder to reach in our Australia Business Hours. We can reach them but their support is a little slower after hours. Some of the solutions are also third party - not in house to Adam Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is CiContinuity solving and how is that benefiting you? Data Backup and Recovery. Having prevously only had backups on our Azure Servers with Azure backup, having the benefit of off premise solutions also allow much greater security of data. Allows us to have a complete Business Continuity Plan in place for data and servers WITHOUT the need to worry about what may happen. Also allows testing of data loss situations assist in greater peace of mind. Having already had to use it to recover due to a cyber attack it has already paid for itself. All our data is safe from any critical damage that may occur and lose information that is valuable to the company, which is why the ADAM Continuity service was contracted to have peace of mind that everything will be in the secure cloud, it is very reliable with good performance. ADAM offered us instant insight and assistance on the functionalities they could bring us. This platform has enabled employees to focus on more critical data. It helps us to save and track client data. There is no poor experience from the overall production of this software. ADAM Continuity helps us to make right decisions and respond appropriately to consumer demands. Backup cloud functionality is awesome and especially in the era of cyber attacks it is a must one. There are lot of guides to refer related to data back up threats and related topics.
