It allows all users access to view the spots and download. **What do you dislike about Ci Media Cloud?** I wish that we had an archive for old spots. Our clients don't like having to resend commercials once they have already sent. **What problems is Ci Media Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we need to access commercials, we used to have to go into master control and ask for playback. Now we can check at our desks and even download the spots if we need to. ### 2. I dislike the share to external target feature. I have to input my credentials to share to an external target. But my favorite features are the media boxes and file request links. File requests are really useful because when you're working with multiple people who need to submit footage (like content creators), it becomes really simple to collect everything in one place instead of receiving uploads from multiple places like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. I love not having to dig around in my email to see where each person submitted footage. And the media boxes are great because it is easy to share cuts with clients for review and adjust permissions like with commenting. **What do you dislike about Ci Media Cloud?** I think that the commenting and notification features could still use improvement especially when compared with frameio. You can't tag specific users, and I would like more control over which clips or conversations I get notifications about. I shouldn't have to comment on a video first in order to subscribe to future comments. It would be helpful to have a way to decide whether I want notifications for all comments or not. **What problems is Ci Media Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ci makes it easier to request footage from multiple sources such as content creators. It also allows us to share cuts with clients and leave comments for editors. We used to use many separate applications for file sharing and it all had to be tracked and managed by myself and the post team. Now with mediaboxes we can keep track of the links we send and have better control over access with the extensive security options. Now that our colleagues are also able to access footage via the workspaces, our workloads have improved because they can review and share files between themselves independently. **What do you dislike about Ci Media Cloud?** Aspera integration can sometimes cause issues but I'm optimistic about the launch of Ci Transfer. The Commenting and media box features so i can easily send links to clients and also have them comment on certain aspects are brilliant. I usually send video assets as well as images or other file types. Instead of eating up space in Google Drive I'm able to do it all here.
