## ChurchStaq Reviews
  ### 1. I use CCB for entering in weekend tithes and new givers and it is super easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

It's easy to add a new giver, easy to navigate. Creating Check batches are a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

The sections for maintaining volunteers is hard for me to follow and understand. We have many campuses (I enter giving for our WC campus) it is annoying that when I log into CCB it defaults to Hunter Park instead of Woodcrest.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

It is super user friendly and an easy way of tracking volunteers and giving

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to track and look up previous giving when our church members want to know. Very user friendly

  ### 2. Good solid standard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

The team at CCB really communicates and tries to find out your needs. They have been very helpful at training us and showing us how the software can do what we need it to do. It is very customizable and integrates well with other software we use.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

No software is perfect. Although CCB is very user friendly, we would like to be able to customize it even further. Sometimes they are slow to get out what they say "is coming."

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

Solid platform with a great team backing it up.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CCB is a great database solution and reporting system for our staff team. We are able to get most of the information we want and need.

  ### 3. Know your flock!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

I like that this system helps connect the members of our church and track thing like spiritual gifts, recent activities, and kids.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

There is nothing that I especially dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

This is a great resource for your church community!

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps keep us aware of how people respond and stay engaged with church activities and opportunities. We can make sure that people aren’t slipping out the back door without us reaching out to engage with them.

  ### 4. Well organized

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay B. | Clinical Internship Supervisor and Counselor, Director of School Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

This technology is clear cut and user friendly

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

After awhile new additions made it messier

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

Not enough experience with it.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing parishioners to communicate with one another without a middle man, in a safe way.

  ### 5. Volunteer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

I like that it streamlined our scheduling efforts

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

Sometimes, it was confusing trying to block out dates

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling for the volunteer program

  ### 6. CCB Review

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

I like that the templates for emails can be saved in there. We switched from CCB to Planning Center online. PCO doesn't have this capability yet and it is frustrating.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

They allow volunteers to just decline a shift and that's that.

I also don't like that they seem years behind the other church management systems out there. Not quickly advancing.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

This system is slow advancing. If you are a progressive church that needs more than the "basics" within a system, I would go planning center online all the way.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much more organized for sure prior to no management system. But still a ways to go!

  ### 7. Loved it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

I liked how applicable it was for small churches. It made it so easy to give in my local church!

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

I disliked how I many steps it took to give each time.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

It’s great!

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy for small congregations to get started in the electronic giving stage.

  ### 8. I used CCB to store information in my congregation.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

The simplicity of searching for someone.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

The storage is limited. Sometimes I felt that uploading a form onto the website was difficult when created in a Word document first.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

This will increase your church organizational skills; use it.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing who financially gave what and when and being able to show for it has tremendously solved our business problems.

  ### 9. Such a comprehensive program!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

CCB can do pretty much whatever I tell it to do. It is useful for such a wide variety of things.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

It is very overwhelming to set up. Because it can do so much, I had to dedicate a large amount of time to setting up and implementation.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personal details (name, address, phone number, tithe info)

  ### 10. Always Amazing, But Also Lacking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Executive Administrator, Religious Institutions, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2016

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

Clean interface that is fairly intuitive. The program is massive, so there's a lot to know if you're the Master Admin. But help section is incredible with lots of videos and articles. They also have really, really good support to answer questions in a timely manner.

Check-in for our kids ministry has been great. Runs smoothly, great reports, and allows us to track attendance.

Reporting on data in the database is great. LOTS of options for various things. System reports are great, but you can customize your own too. It'll even email the report to you on a schedule if you want.

Quite simply, it's just nice having so much information in one place. Working at a church with thousands of people I don't know how anyone does it without ChMS these days. CCB is definitely one of the best options out there.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

In a world driven by phones, CCB is terrible on a mobile device. I know they are working on creating a better experience, but it's not like people just started using phones for everything. As a leader in the ChMS industry I think they should have had this figured out 2 years ago. This is the number one knock on CCB.

While their Scheduling module and Room/Resource reservation module are both great, we find ourselves using other software that is better. I know it's hard to put EVERYTHING into one piece of software, but in a perfect world I wouldn't feel the need to be paying for 2 other SaaS that do the same things as CCB.

Reports are good, but I often run into wanting information in a specific way that I can't get without Excel manipulation.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

A better mobile experience is on the way. If you're willing to be patient for that, I don't think you can find a better ChMS.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each department previously had their own "database" of sorts. This centralized everything. We've also moved every church member's giving info here so they have access at all times. Forms for events are all done in CCB, as well as the payment. Everything is matched/linked to their profile.

We've created ways to track new people through our church, as well as ways to track volunteers through our interview process. Employees go through on-boarding and and an exit process that is kept in CCB.

All individual attendance for birth thru 6th grade is done in CCB. Jr. High, High School, and main service are all kept in CCB as well with head counts. Many small/life groups and other discipleship gatherings track attendance as well. It's great to know who is involved in your church and where. Gives a great view of the life of your church family.

  ### 11. Signed up for a trial period, and may commit in the future, but not yet.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

Convenience of use for both admin & user

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

Not clear why they are better than competitors

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

Wait for special deals/giveaways

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make giving easier

  ### 12. Associate Campus Pastor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

The ability & functionality of communcating

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

There are too many steps to send a mass email.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is our biggest one.

  ### 13. Discipleship focused

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

What I love is that CCB is not set up like a church database (although it does those basic functions) it is designed as a discipleship process manager. Process queues were the main reason we decided to use CCB and that feature has allowed our church to intentionally plan and execute a robust discipleship process that has made all our teams better!!!

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

Wish it had a mobile view for things other than contacts.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to have a single dashboard for all our giving!!!

  ### 14. Church Community Builder has helped us connect with people easily and efficiently.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellye S. | Children's Director, Religious Institutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2016

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

Very User Friendly. The system is intuitive.
The check in system .
Everything you need in one place.
It is web based so it can be accented anywhere/anytime.
Inside of scheduling, I do like that volunteers can log in and block out their own dates. It helps us keep all 200 of the volunteers we oversee (just in children's ministry) straight and connected.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

I do not like that the scheduling cannot be changed without totally removing a person. I just want to drag and drop people from different positions.
I would love to see an app developed.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

The check in system is easy to use.
Training of key volunteers is a must. Make a plan. It won't just happen.
I would say - do it. You will not regret switching to Church Community Builder. This system has gotten our staff on one page working together to stay connected with people in the church.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new database and check in system of the kids and this has done that and more.
Volunteers and attenders are able to edit their own information.

  ### 15. Low cost and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlene V. | Office Administrator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2017

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

The interface of CCB is clean and easy to understand. The system really is worth the money.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

I wish it had an email builder similar to mailchimp.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database functionality, email, volunteer scheduling, group management.

  ### 16. Product Grows with Your Church

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2016

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

This product is great for growing churches. The people at CCB know what it means to run a church and all of its ministries. All of their updates are informed by their user base and popular suggestions are added quickly. The cost of the product is based on how many people are actively attending your church keeping it affordable and allow it to grow with you.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

Their mobile capabilities as of 2015 did not include an app but only a mobile website view.

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

A fantastic option for those who are looking for tech solutions but not ready to make a heavy financial investment.

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database management, tracking assimilation, event planning & registration, volunteer organizing, resource assigning, online donations & reporting.

  ### 17. CCB is the future of Church CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2016

**What do you like best about ChurchStaq?**

It has an easy to use interface, powerful where it needs to be, and young enough that the programmers are constantly looking to improve and use good ideas.

**What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?**

Reporting is not intuitive and could use a dashboard for 2nd tier users

**Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:**

Be willing to take the time and learn all the great features

**What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our congregation, first time users are not scared of it
