I believe they are truly working hard to make changes and upgrades to the program all the time. It has a decent foundation started. I love the "Village" (community of users) that CCB has. They need to do more thorough testing before releasing a new feature. It seems like the simplest things are missing upon rollout. And you don't have access to the database itself.
