This is a great solution for churches needing to get more of there data in one place. As a volunteer for my church I use it to stay connected with my serve schedule as well as communicate with other church members. It's a great resource for our children's ministries too. As a volunteer in the children's ministries it would be great for the leaders to actually be able to attach our lesson plans to the service assignment and get them in our email. Great tool for church systems. The financial side is incredibly robust, and the option to create groups for nearly any scenario makes communication with the people in those groups super easy. I like the constant improvements that are offered, the responsiveness of the team and the ability to interact with other users to find solutions, discuss best practices and work around difficult issues. I would like a few more features in mail merges (like scheduling an email in advance) and sometimes find there are some issues with things if you are running multisite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The additional training, blogs, workshops and forums that are available have helped keep us on the front of everything we are doing. What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you? We have drastically decreased our printing and paper use since implementing CCB. Our communication with our congregation is much faster, we have been able to empower our volunteer leaders on a whole new level since we can release portions of information/access to them without opening everything and since they can access that information from home/ mobile.
