Choice OMG Reviews & Provider Details

Choice OMG runs digital marketing like infrastructure, not like a set of campaigns someone checks on once a month. Automated systems monitor 60,000 or more data points every day, health checks run every morning, and ad budgets are verified every 30 minutes, so problems get caught and fixed before they cost a client leads. Founded in 2010 and based in Edmonton, Alberta, Choice OMG is a specialist team of 12 currently running active programs for 33 clients. The agency has stayed intentionally small rather than scaling into an account-manager assembly line: the same specialists who built the monitoring systems work every account. Services span paid media on Google and Meta, web optimization and conversion rate optimization, web design, SEO and local SEO, and AI marketing (visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity as those surfaces become real referral sources). Core industries served include dental practices and DSOs, optometry, contractors and home services, automotive, and local businesses that depend on Google Business Profile performance and local-pack visibility. The differentiator is treating attribution as infrastructure, not an afterthought. Tracking is server-side wherever the platform supports it, so conversion data survives ad blockers and cookie restrictions. Offline conversion imports feed platforms actual qualified leads instead of every raw form submission, and lead-to-click joins connect what a client's sales team calls "qualified" back to the specific ad, keyword, or page that produced it. Vanity metrics like impressions and clicks get reported, but the number a client is held accountable to is qualified leads at a known cost. That shows up as a bias toward conservative, verifiable spend over aggressive, unverified volume: campaigns prioritize lead quality over raw lead count, and budgets get throttled rather than scaled when the data does not yet show qualified conversions. Choice OMG holds a 4.9 rating from 11 reviews on Clutch and a 4.7 rating from 76 reviews on Google. New engagements typically start with an audit of what is already in place (tracking, account structure, landing pages), fix the measurement foundation first, and only then optimize spend and creative against clean data. Ongoing work runs under the same daily health checks and 30-minute budget verification used across every account. Choice OMG is built for service businesses that need marketing spend to be accountable to real business outcomes: booked patients, scheduled jobs, qualified calls. It is a strong fit for businesses burned by an agency relationship where performance quietly decayed between reports. It is a weaker fit for businesses chasing brand awareness over measurable lead generation.
