Once we got used to the system, the usage became simpler. In the last couple of months, we've used the Classify ideas with AI, and it has been a game changer for us. We can quickly add labels to the ideas, track and get them sorted within seconds. This has saved us a lot of time, with 100% accuracy rate. **What do you dislike about Chisel?** With the bulking of data, the glitch can be visible, hampering the wokflow. The team is quite supportive, so when we brought this issue to their notice, they immediately fixed it. **What problems is Chisel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chisel is bridging the gap between customer feedback and prioritization. Validating and synchronizing the data gathered from across the sources and accordingly prioritizing it has enhanced the quality of the work we do as a team and company. ### 2. The UI is straightforward and refreshing, which is an added benefit. **What do you dislike about Chisel?** We can benefit from getting more profound insights into the tickets, which would help us better understand our customers. We also observed a slight slowdown due to the overloading of data sets. Maybe the AI will take time to adapt to the tool, but having a polished version of these tools would greatly help us. **What problems is Chisel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tools such as Capture Ideas, which analyze our tickets from Zendesk, which is our primary tool, are just the right features we needed. ### 3. AI-generated feature descriptions are also one of my favourites and most used by our team. **What do you dislike about Chisel?** With ample features available, I'd love to pull the tickets and other data easily in my workspace. There are numerous issues with the platform, especially regarding performance also it seems to be complex to use due to alot of moving parts.
