My favorite component of the program is being able to track your customers from Leads all the way through family center using notes and many other details to enable easy customer service. **What do you dislike about Childcare Manager Professional?** There is not much to dislike about Childcare Manager. Anytime I felt like something could improve, there was always an update ready to go. **Recommendations to others considering Childcare Manager Professional:** It is an awesome tool for any childcare center. With so many things to care for, it is important to keep all important details documented and well organized. In my experience, this is the best tool to implement in a growing childcare setting. I highly recommend this program. **What problems is Childcare Manager Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Childcare Manager has helped immensely in tracking Leads. Not only does the program input Leads directly from online inquiries, you are also able to directly input and update information easily with phone inquiries and walk-ins. My favorite problem that has been solved with CCM is the ability to schedule tours/appointments directly on the program under specific leads/families. Not only are you able to view the calendar with multiple users in childcare office, but the system automatically generated recommended tasks and emails to complete at the perfect time. It has truly upgraded the way we help our customers and many families. ### 5. It also keeps track of all child information that is needed for state licensing such as; immunizations, allergies, form reminders etc. **What do you dislike about Childcare Manager Professional?** Lack of training. I feel all of the information to run a successful childcare/school is at my fingertips however, I’m not quite sure how to use every feature. An online tutorial would be very beneficial or at least a help/search bar within the software to quickly access a report or function. **Recommendations to others considering Childcare Manager Professional:** Find out the best way to become fully trained. I feel this software has everything you need however, due to being trained by another administrator that had used it previously, I’m not sure I was taught everything there is to know. **What problems is Childcare Manager Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of state licensing forms by setting reminders. ### 6. It also doesn’t let you copy and paste format from a word doc in an email. You have to manually customize each email after you copy it from word doc, including hyperlinks and color **Recommendations to others considering Childcare Manager Professional:** I would love to be able to copy and paste a word document to the com batch email without losing font size, color, and links **What problems is Childcare Manager Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve a lot of communication problems, being able to send out batch emails and filter out ppl we don’t want receiving them. It’s also helpful in generating sales reports or conversion rates and loss rates ### 7. CMP is user friendly and super simple to navigate. **What do you dislike about Childcare Manager Professional?** I would have enjoyed an easier and more detailed way to keep up with faculty training. A system that would send reminders as deadlines approach in terms of training/review times. **Recommendations to others considering Childcare Manager Professional:** Best on the market **What problems is Childcare Manager Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to email from the program is amazing! This ability allows a more personal relationship with customers. Personal relationships is what early childhood education is based on. ### 8. I also really thought that the customer service techs were very friendly and extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about Childcare Manager Professional?** I disliked that the customer service was not open until 10am est. Being on the east coast it made it difficult to get solutions to problems in a timely manner. This was additionally frustrating because we used the door system from CCM and we are in a two story building. If the system was down it was often discovered at opening and we would have to go up and down the stairs to let our families in all morning. Very frustrating and made it difficult to do our job. **What problems is Childcare Manager Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?** We liked being able to use the platform to keep track of families accounts. We used it to track deposits and print yearly statements, as well as, wait listing, attendance, and staff time. ### 11.
