At the time of purchase (2017) the program was a good value for a 10 pack of perpetual licenses.

I never encountered a shortfall in the basic functions I required for work.

A department-wide refresh of our laptops meant that our perpetual licenses needed to be reset and applied to the same program's new machine.

However, support was dropped for our version, and our licenses could not be activated.

In short, our paid perpetual licenses had no value, and the company refused even a discounted upgrade path. Customer service was terse and bordered on unprofessional.

Some of the functions do not work, such as the cyclohexane button. It should populate the screen automatically with the structure, but instead you must manually draw it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program allows scientists to create professional looking figures without all of the hassle of designing each image individually.
