What do you like best about Cheetah 3D?

Cheetah 3D is so easy to use and very intuitive, the interface is very simple but so useful can be customized on many ways, also is a great choice for mac users, has many tools for modeling 3D and animation, the camera works so good, doesn't takes ages to rendering, import or export objects. Cheetah3D is very useful software for mac users to start or get into animation, modeling and painting 3D world, there are many tutorials on internet and their website so if you are a beginer don't doubt to look for it. What problems is Cheetah 3D solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers many tools, and is great for learning purpose is very easy to understand how it works, and the way to use the tools, everything is on the tool panel which makes easier the way to change from one tool to another, also there are many shortcuts to change without even move the mouse to the tool panel, it has a nice performance doesn't required a high end pc to use has nice lights enviroments is great for paiting, modeling or animations. What do you like best about Cheetah 3D?

How light it is overall! Running a few open windows of different softwares at once can be a challange for a 13inch macbook but cheetah 3d is very light and keeps the laptop at ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cheetah 3D:

The quickest way to learn Cheetah 3D is to do a concept project, find a Youtube Tutorial and spend an hour or two daily. By being consistent you'll be fluid in a month or two. What problems is Cheetah 3D solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I started my own brand I've been wanting to learn new skills to create some awesome branding slides, but the only thing missing was the lack of 3d software. Cheetah was the first easy to use for creating animation modeling and rendering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cheetah 3D?

Cheetah 3D can be old but still a great software to do some simple projects, one of the best thing about Cheetah 3D is the interface and how easy is to make basic scenes animations and models with these tools, is very intuitive and with high performance and the best thing is even if it were made long time a go, it still getting new updates. If you are mac user looking for 3D modeling software, new animator, or if you are trying to teach new people how to do animations 3D this is the software what do you need is great for learning and teaching, but if you are already an animator can be use to do simple projects on short time since this software is pretty easy to use, will save you time but maybe the price wont worth it if you have already a better 3D modeling software. It can be old but that doesn't mean it has few features or is very limited, is great to make characters animations, and scenes, very good to teach or introduce people to animation 3D, it supports many formats, and has many rendering configurations, also is great to drawing and painting, there are many brushes. What do you like best about Cheetah 3D?

Cheetah 3D still an excellent software application to do some easy tasks, one of the best feature of Cheetah 3D is the user interface and how simple is to make standard scenes and animations with these tools. What do you dislike about Cheetah 3D?

I want it was a little bit more suitable with other style software application which the export procedure for video/animation provided some more basic export options/presets. The only thing that I discovered a little bothersome was that the render supervisor would crash sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cheetah 3D?

the ease of use of this product is really great. Super intuitive and if you've ever used any sort of 3D rendering program, you're not going to have a hard time figuring this one out. There are a lot of good examples and tutorials available for the product and really once you get in and start playing around, I'm positive you'll figure out how to do what you want to achieve! What do you dislike about Cheetah 3D?

I wish it was a little more compatible with other design software and that the export process for video/animation gave some more standard export options/presets. The only thing that I found a little annoying was that the render manager would crash occasionally ... a little annoying when rendering a large file and it crashes 2/3 of the way through. I have used this rendering program to solve a couple of different client needs. One of the main projects that I used it for was an animated movie intro for a website that featured an abstract video fly-through of a city with different key points targeted at different timeframes though-out the movie.
