**What do you like best about CHATTERgo?**

I really appreciate the user-friendly interface and how easy it is to get started with CHATTERgo. It integrates well with other tools we use and makes team communication smoother and more centralized. The speed of messaging and file sharing is impressive, and it helps reduce the number of emails. It’s also helpful that support is responsive when needed.

**What do you dislike about CHATTERgo?**

Sometimes the mobile version lags or doesn’t sync messages in real time, which can cause delays. Also, a few advanced features like analytics and usage tracking are limited or hidden behind a higher pricing tier, which might not work well for smaller teams or startups.

**What problems is CHATTERgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CHATTTERgo is helping solve internal communication gaps and reducing the need for long email threads. It streamlines team collaboration, especially for cross-functional and remote teams, by keeping conversations, files, and updates in one place. This has increased our team’s productivity and reduced response time on tasks. It’s also made onboarding easier, as new members can quickly catch up on team discussions

**What do you like best about CHATTERgo?**

I found it very helpful and useful for searching for the right product with all the necessary details, as well as recommending the best platform to purchase it. What stood out to me the most is its strong AI-powered Virtual Associates, which are capable of understanding multiple languages and providing information in the same language. Additionally, the platform's ease of implementation and reliable customer support make it even more valuable for both users and businesses.

Although it's already good in terms of the features it provides, it would be even better if it had mobile applications. The current website UI is not very user-friendly and sometimes takes time to detect the product from the image.

The idea driving Chattergo is awesome. Having a simulated intelligence right hand to respond to client questions and suggest items seems like a fantasy for my web-based store. It can possibly further develop client assistance and lift deals.
