**What do you like best about ChatLingual?**

It is very useful for support customer all across the world. It helps to reduce the language barriers. We are handling client all across and mostly client use their regional language for the communication, this tool helps us to solve the queries of our client quickly and we do not need to ask the google for the traslation. This tool makes the communication effective and easier.

**What do you dislike about ChatLingual?**

I didn't find anything negative as of now.

**What problems is ChatLingual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to handle so many client on a daily basis and most of our client is out of country which includes Spain, China,German, etc. and they generally use their regional language for the communication so it is very difficult for us to understand the queries of the client but ChatLingual makes this easier and with the help of this tool we can easily solve the queries of our client and it helps to build trust on us. When we reslove the queries of our clinet, it helps to generates more leads for the business. Now we can easily interact with so many client without facing the language barriers. Thank you so much ChatLingual Team to make build this amazing software :)

**What do you like best about ChatLingual?**

Best part about ChatLingual is that it is easy to first implement. It has integrations with most CRM, Custom Support systems. We are able to solve quries in different languages quicker than before since we don't have to use Google translate for each message.

Could have integration with Intercom simpler

**What problems is ChatLingual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a global product, we have users from different parts of the world especially Spanish, German, French, Intalian, Hindi and more. These are users who do not know English and often struggle or avoid reaching out to customer support because of language barrier. That's where ChatLingual has helped big time solving their support queries very quickly.

It makes easier to help people from all across the world. We can solve customer's query in almost all the languages and best thing is it reduces average handling time.

**What do you dislike about ChatLingual?**

There are some languages which Chatlingual does not support yet. It is still in early phases and it can go up like anything.

**What problems is ChatLingual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier the AHT was the biggest challenge when the customer was not familar with the languages we were familiar with. Now AHT is the biggest challenge that is being solved. Along with it, the customer resolution rate is much higher.

Todays world have lots of language, and its difficult to interact with people in different language, and we face this problem offently,
But using chat lingual we resolved this issue, through this platform, now we can easily communicate through different channel provided by this platform in different language for region specific custommers

**What do you dislike about ChatLingual?**

Sometimes the platform cannot translate few words in paragrapgh, need some improvements.

The main problem this platform solves is customer interaction in different languages.
We can easily chat with our custommers in their native language and resolve the communication gap.

**What do you like best about ChatLingual?**

Supporting customers in different languages is hard and expensive. With ChatLingual it's easy to use and we can provide solutions to different languages at the global level in different parts of countries. It also helps us to reduce average handling time.

Then only thing which I feel is that takes 6 weeks of onboarding time. I feel that can be reduced up to 2 weeks.

**What do you like best about ChatLingual?**

It is very robust, easy to use, and provides quality multi-channel support services, including automated business rules and workflows, knowledge base, mailbox, notification and approval system, integrated service level agreements, configurable reports, and dashboards. Multi-channel communication, access controls or permissions, reporting and statistics, reporting/analysis, all of these features help build satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding customer-centric support solution.

**What do you dislike about ChatLingual?**

Its implementation has taken longer than expected, however, we are eager for it to go live.

**Recommendations to others considering ChatLingual:**

In our case we are still in the implementation phase, we have had some pilot tests with the technical support team, but please consider this when purchasing the product, however they provide technical support throughout the installation process and have provided training to our staff.

We are looking to improve and optimize the efficiency of our customer service and sales teams, and after analyzing the alternatives offered by the market we decided to implement ChatLingual to maximize self-service opportunities and in turn improve the perception of our customers regarding the care provided by our company as it facilitates communication between stakeholders with the automation of the management of requirement, requests and complaints, without language barrier, in addition to offering multiple options either with support via voice, chat, email, SMS and social channels to increase the efficiency of your company.
