**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is that, as a computer science student, it makes learning different subjects much easier and more comfortable. If I don't understand a concept, I can ask for a simple explanation, examples, a step-by-step solution, or keep asking follow-up questions until it actually makes sense. One thing I really value is that I can ask ChatGPT almost anything openly without feeling embarrassed. Sometimes there are basic things that we feel we should already know from school, so we hesitate to ask a teacher or someone else. With ChatGPT, I can ask those questions freely and learn without worrying about being judged. I also really like the ability to upload images, screenshots, PDFs, and other documents and get help based on them. These features make ChatGPT useful not only for studying but also for coding, projects, writing, and everyday tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes be too agreeable. Most of the time, when I suggest something or make an assumption, it tends to say “yes” and build on it instead of clearly telling me when I am wrong. This can be a problem when I am learning or solving technical and mathematical problems because I want ChatGPT to challenge my mistakes and clearly explain why something is incorrect. It can also give answers that sound confident but are not completely accurate, so I still need to verify important information. Sometimes the responses are also longer than necessary when I only need a direct answer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve many problems related to learning, coding, problem-solving, writing, and creative work. As a computer science student, I use it to understand difficult subjects, learn programming concepts, solve mathematical problems, debug code, and work through projects. Instead of getting stuck on one concept, I can break it into smaller questions and learn step by step. It also helps me analyze screenshots and documents, improve my written answers, develop ideas, and create content or images for different projects. The biggest benefit for me is that it saves time and gives me a way to learn and work interactively whenever I need help.

  ### 3. A Hands-on AI Assistant for Day-to-day Data Tasks at University

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Burhan S. | Data Entry Clerk, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic Review from User Profile:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like about ChatGPT is that it feels like having a virtual helper right beside me while I’m doing my everyday office work. I’m a data entry operator, and there are times when I need to go through long documents, sort out information, fix formatting, and prepare data so it’s ready to be entered into spreadsheets. ChatGPT helps me with these tasks, which makes my work much easier and a lot less monotonous. Another thing I appreciate is that I don’t have to learn complicated software—I can simply give clear instructions and get support.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

From my point of view, the main drawback is that ChatGPT can produce an answer that looks correct but still contains mistakes. When I’m dealing with university records, I can’t rely on it without checking the output against the original sources. In some situations, I also need to ask for extra explanations to get the data in the exact format I need, and working with large datasets doesn’t feel as straightforward as it is in Excel.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has been an effective tool for helping me handle the repetitive, tedious parts of my job as a data entry clerk. It lets me summarize long university documents, clean up data, format it for spreadsheet entry, and draft simple emails or notifications. At the same time, it helps me spot gaps or inconsistencies in the data so I can double-check them later against the original sources.

  ### 4. Versatile Time-Saver for Writing, Research, and Idea Analysis

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best is how versatile ChatGPT is. I use it for writing, research, grammar checks, image editing and analysing ideas, and it saves me a lot of time in everyday work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers can feel too generic or overcomplicated, and image editing does not always follow the instructions exactly. I also find that grammar corrections can occasionally change the tone too much, so I often need to adjust the final wording myself.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me handle a lot of small but time consuming tasks faster. I use it for writing and improving emails, checking grammar, summarising information, doing research, analysing financial and business related questions, working with numbers and improving images or marketing materials. The biggest benefit is that I can get a solid first version or answer quickly and then focus my own time on the decisions and work that actually require more attention.

  ### 5. A Fast, Intuitive 24/7 Technical Sounding Board for Data Science Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harkeerat S. | Undergraduate Student, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Describe the project or task ChatGPT helped with:**

ChatGPT serves as a versatile tool for AI and data science students, providing a fast and intuitive platform for learning and problem-solving. It acts as a technical sounding board, helping users parse complex documentation, debug code, and understand mathematical concepts. The platform's intuitive UI and community-driven support enhance the learning experience, making it an invaluable resource for students and developers alike.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As an AI and Data Science student, I use ChatGPT daily as a highly efficient technical sounding board. What I like best is its performance when it comes to parsing complex documentation and explaining obscure library errors or mathematical concepts. Instead of spending hours digging through fragmented documentation for libraries like PyTorch or pandas, I can paste my error logs or code snippets directly into the chat. It immediately points out logic bugs, suggests edge-case optimizations, and explains structural concepts in simple terms. The UI is very intuitive, letting me quickly organize different projects and coursework into separate sidebar threads. I also get a ton of ROI from the custom GPTs feature; I’ve integrated a few specialized coding assistants into my workflow to help brainstorm architecture for machine learning models. The absolute biggest upside is the sheer speed of learning. It acts like a patient, 24/7 teaching assistant that bridges the gap between theoretical data science concepts and actual deployment, drastically speeding up my development cycle. Getting set up with ChatGPT was incredibly seamless. Since it is a web-based chat interface, the initial onboarding took less than two minutes—there were no complex developer environments to configure, API keys to generate right away, or local dependencies to install. For a student, this zero-friction entry point meant I could start using it for my coursework immediately. Finding my way around the UI was highly intuitive, especially with the clean sidebar organization that auto-saves conversation history. When it comes to finding help or resolving platform issues, the dynamic is interesting. Traditional customer support can feel a bit distant or automated for free or lower-tier users. However, the true value for troubleshooting lies in the massive, highly active developer community and OpenAI’s community forums. Whenever I run into platform errors, API rate limit questions, or need advice on structured prompting techniques, I can almost always find a solution shared by fellow data scientists and developers online. The product's massive adoption means community-driven support is incredibly robust and fast.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As a data science student, my biggest issue is ChatGPT’s tendency to hallucinate logical proofs or invent non-existent syntax for specialized libraries. If I am working with a newer version of a library or a niche framework, it frequently generates outdated functions that fail upon execution. This means I still have to double-check its outputs against official documentation, which slows down my workflow. The context window management could also be improved. When pasting larger data sets or long blocks of code, the model sometimes forgets earlier system constraints or loses track of variables defined at the beginning of the conversation. Lastly, the UI lacks native markdown execution or a built-in terminal sandbox to test code snippets before copying them over. OpenAI could drastically improve the developer and student experience by adding a mini runtime environment directly inside the UI to verify code snippets, and by providing a clearer confidence metric or warning toggle when the model is unsure about a specific library update.

**Recommendations to others considering ChatGPT:**

To enhance the user experience, OpenAI could consider implementing a few key features. Firstly, integrating a mini runtime environment within the UI would allow users to test code snippets directly, reducing the need for external tools. Secondly, providing a confidence metric or warning system when the model is uncertain about specific outputs could help users make informed decisions. Lastly, improving context window management to better handle large datasets and long code blocks would ensure that the model retains important information throughout the conversation.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT, I struggled with the massive time sink of searching for hyper-specific coding solutions and debugging complex algorithmic errors. I used to spend hours digging through long video lectures, disjointed Stack Overflow threads, and hundreds of pages of documentation just to fix an environment variable or understand a niche neural network layer. This manual search process drastically slowed down my project timelines and learning pace. After integrating ChatGPT into my daily routine, that workflow completely changed. Now, whenever I hit an error or need to conceptualise a math formula, I can use ChatGPT to instantly isolate the issue, which has resulted in a 40% reduction in debugging time. It acts as a 24/7 personalized tutor that breaks down theoretical machine learning concepts into code-ready solutions. This dramatic increase in efficiency allows me to prototype data pipelines and build predictive models much faster, turning what used to be days of frustrating troubleshooting into a matter of minutes.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is very useful especially when I'm stuck somewhere in the middle of a problem. As a BTech computer science student, I use ChatGPT pretty regularly while working on DSA, coding assignments, and personal projects. For example, if I don't understand why a particular LeetCode approach works, I can first ask for a simpler explanation, then go through a dry run, and finally ask for the C++ implementation, it makes the overall process really fast. I also use it when I'm working with a library or API I haven't used before and need someone to explain the documentation or help me figure out an error. It feels less like searching for one specific answer and more like having something I can keep asking questions to until the concept actually makes sense.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The biggest issue for me is that it can sound very confident even when the answer isn't completely correct. This is especially noticeable with coding because a solution can look perfectly reasonable but still have an edge case or a small implementation mistake. I have also had conversations where the response becomes unnecessarily long when I only needed a straightforward answer. So I still treat its answers as something to verify from other sources rather than blindly copy, especially for code and technical concepts. Also you need to have the GO or PLUS subscription if you need to upload many images/pdf into it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The UI feels so minimalistic. It also saves me time when I'm learning or building something and get stuck. You can also integrate it with other applications such as Canva or Figma in case you need to work together. During college, I use it for things like understanding DSA concepts, debugging code, preparing for coding interviews, reading unfamiliar documentation, and working through problems in my projects. Instead of stopping every time I run into a concept I don't understand, I can break it down into smaller questions and work through it interactively. That has been particularly useful when learning something outside what I'm currently studying in class, because I can get an explanation at the level I need and then keep asking follow-up questions based on where I'm stuck.

It saves me a significant amount of time and reduces the effort involved in starting research from scratch, so I feel the subscription provides good value for the money.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I sometimes find that the answers need to be verified against the latest legislation, circulars or regulatory updates, particularly for professional compliance work. For matters involving the Companies Act, GST, taxation and other regulatory requirements, I use ChatGPT mainly as a research and analysis support tool rather than relying on it as the final source. I also find that the quality of the response can depend on how clearly the query and background information are provided.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me reduce the time I spend on initial research and handling client queries. I use it for Companies Act, GST, taxation, accounting and other regulatory matters, as well as for preparing research notes and understanding complex provisions. **What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Common Concerns About ChatGPT

Inaccurate or Made-Up Information: ChatGPT can sometimes generate responses that sound confident but are factually wrong, incomplete, or outdated. This is especially risky in areas like health, law, or finance, where even small errors can have real consequences.

Privacy & Data Use: Some users are concerned about what happens to the information they share. If data isn’t handled carefully, it could be used to train models or, in the worst case, expose sensitive details. Samsung and Apple have both restricted employee use for this reason.

Overreliance on AI: Another concern is that people may become too dependent on ChatGPT for writing, thinking, or decision-making. Over time, that kind of reliance could weaken critical thinking and reduce creativity.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves a surprisingly wide range of problems, especially around communication, creativity, and managing information overload.

Time-consuming tasks like writing emails, summarizing documents, creating lesson plans, or drafting reports can easily take hours. ChatGPT speeds these up dramatically and helps me reach a solid first draft much faster.

Information overload is another major benefit. With so much data online, it’s hard to filter what actually matters. ChatGPT can synthesize complex topics into more digestible insights, saving users from endless scrolling and helping them focus on the key points.

It’s also helpful for writer’s block and creative fatigue. Whether you’re a student, marketer, or entrepreneur, it can help you brainstorm ideas, refine your tone, and generate content when inspiration runs dry.

Finally, it helps with language barriers by translating, rephrasing, or simplifying text, which makes communication much more efficient overall.

I also highly recommend ChatGPT because it is versatile, easy to use, and helpful for various tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One area that could be improved is accuracy and consistency. Sometimes ChatGPT can provide outdated or incorrect information with confidence, so important facts still need to be verified. It could also improve by giving clearer source references and being more transparent about uncertainty. For complex tasks, responses can occasionally be too detailed or require several follow-up prompts to get exactly what I need. For example, when asking about current policies, product features, prices, or deadlines, it may provide outdated information if it does not have access to the latest sources. I may need to ask it to verify the information or provide sources. For complex tasks, the first response may be too general or miss a specific requirement, so I often need to give additional context or follow-up instructions to get a more precise and useful answer.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how easy it is to use for just about anything. It saves me so much time, whether I need help brainstorming ideas, writing something, solving a problem or just a quick explanation. I also like that I can have a normal back and forth conversation instead of having to phrase everything right.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I don't like the most is that ChatGPT can sometimes hallucinate information and give an answer confidently when it is not completely accurate, so I still need to verify important details. On the image generation side, I sometimes get a waxy, overly smooth look, especially for people, faces, and 3D-style visuals. It may also have issues with exact detail, proportions, text or consistency across multiple generations of an image.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve a lot of day-to-day problems, especially when it involves creative and design work. " It helps me ideate, research topics, solve technical issues, write and develop content and try out different design ideas quickly. The image generation feature is also very useful for creating visual references and testing ideas before actually producing them. It saves me a lot of time overall, speeds up my workflow and helps me go from idea to usable concept much quicker.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how user-friendly and easy it is to use, even for someone who may not have advanced technical skills. The platform makes it simple to ask questions, get assistance with writing and research, brainstorm ideas, and complete a wide range of everyday tasks. I also really appreciate the creative features, such as the ability to generate and edit images and assist with creating video content. Having so many useful tools and capabilities in one place makes ChatGPT convenient, versatile, and valuable for both professional and personal use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike most about ChatGPT is that some of its more advanced features and capabilities are limited unless you purchase a subscription, which can make the free version feel restrictive. Another concern is the issue of AI hallucinations, where ChatGPT may occasionally provide information that sounds confident and convincing but is inaccurate, outdated, or completely incorrect. Because of this, users still need to verify important information from reliable sources rather than relying on every response at face value. While ChatGPT is a very useful tool, improving accuracy and providing greater access to features for free users would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of making everyday work faster, easier, and more efficient. I use it almost every day to support both my professional and career development needs. It helps me draft and improve cover letters, resumes, scholarship applications, reports, and full project proposals, which saves a significant amount of time. It is also useful for organizing ideas, improving the professionalism of my writing, and helping me structure complex documents more clearly. Overall, ChatGPT acts as a practical productivity tool that helps me complete tasks more efficiently and produce higher-quality work.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

In my experience, ChatGPT is very useful, especially for students. It helps with assignments, projects, and understanding the syllabus. Google doesn't always provide the complete syllabus, and sometimes it gives incorrect information or overly complicated answers. In contrast, ChatGPT can provide a complete and accurate syllabus, and its answers are usually much easier to understand. That's why, in my opinion, ChatGPT is much better than Google.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Extremely disappointed. I'm paying for a premium subscription, but I'm constantly hit with arbitrary rate locks that make the service unusable when I actually need it. The model (v5.3) has become a nightmare-it completely ignores explicit instructions and gaslights you by doing things I never asked for, like forcing web searches or generating random images instead of just following the prompt. It feels like the guardrails are being tightened every single week without any notice, and the product

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an incredibly useful tool, and my first go-to for information. It holds context over long conversations, adapts to my interests, and remembers key details, making interactions feel natural and efficient. Its responses are insightful and well-structured, great for learning, brainstorming, and problem-solving. Minor inaccuracies happen occasionally, but it can be minimised by good prompts with sufficient context. Overall, it's a game changer and continues to improve.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is seamlessly it destroys writer's block and clarifies complex ideas. It feels like having a patient, highly adaptable collaborator sitting right to you. Weather you need to untangle messy code, rephrase an awkward email, bounce half-baked thoughts around, it provides an instant foundation. It turns rendious, blank-page paralysis into an easy, iterative editing process.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While handling complex tasks, working with less tokens in memory causes it forget earlier instructions or drop subtle nuance. Its default voice also feels sterile and overly eager to please, while occasional confident hallucinations force consatant double-checking. Those memory cutoffs and repetitive hedges quickly break the workflow during long brainstroming session.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves productivity bottelnecks and decision fatigue. Instead of getting stuck on manual outlining, debugging, or research synthesis, I use to rapidly draft initial work. It allows me to improvise the task in real time, adjusting tone, logic, or structure instantly. This saves me hours of mental grind and frees up focus for higher-level creative and straegic thinking.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is its versatility and intelligence across daily tasks. The clean, straightforward UI/UX makes it easy to dive right into conversations without any learning curve. There is zero-friction onboarding, so you can start getting value immediately.
Its AI capabilities are top-tier, handling complex reasoning, brainstorming, coding, and writing with surprising nuance. It acts as an instant sounding board that saves hours of research and drafting time every week.
Additionally, the response speed and overall performance are consistently strong. When you factor in how much time it frees up across different workflows, the pricing/ROI for the premium plan makes complete sense. IT seamlessly acts as a personal assistant, researcher, and creative partner all in one tool.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is an impressive tool overall, it sometimes benefits from a quick double-check. With complex technical topics or more specialized tasks, it can sound very confident, so I still find it important to manually verify facts and any subtle code details. I’d also love to see more seamless native integrations with third-party apps, which would make it even more efficient for direct workflow automation.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a real time-saver for productivity, cutting the hours I’d normally spend brainstorming, outlining content, and writing initial drafts down to minutes. When I’m dealing with complex data or coding, it quickly breaks down confusing technical topics, helps debug code snippets, and summarizes long reports in a way that’s easy to digest. For workflow automation, it also works like an on-demand virtual assistant: it can draft emails fast, organize my ideas, and speed up everyday decision-making.

What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly it helps me get from a rough idea to something useful. I use it for brainstorming, writing, summarizing information, and solving problems when I get stuck. It saves a lot of time and is especially helpful when I need to organize my thoughts or get a starting point. The ability to have a back and forth conversation and refine the response makes it much more useful than a basic search tool.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There is not much I dislike about ChatGPT. Occasionally, it can give overly detailed answers when I am looking for something quick, and sometimes I need to rephrase my prompt to get exactly the response I want. It can also make mistakes once in a while, so I still double check important information. Overall, these are pretty minor issues compared to how useful it is.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time on everyday tasks like writing, brainstorming, researching, summarizing information, and working through problems. Instead of starting from scratch, I can use it to get ideas and quickly improve what I am working on. It makes my workflow faster and helps me get things done with less effort.

I also like that I can explain something in my own simple way and ChatGPT understands what I mean and gives me a useful response also I use it for my content creation as well. CREATING GOOD THUMBNAILS AND ALL

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes I feel like I have to push or even “scare” the AI to get the best possible answer, which I don't like. I feel that I should be able to get the full potential of the AI without having to repeatedly ask it to think deeper or give me a better answer. It can also sometimes give confident answers that are not completely accurate, misunderstand the context, or provide more information than I actually need. I would like it to be more accurate, direct, consistent, and capable of using its full potential from the beginning.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

One of my favorite things about ChatGPT is how easily it can shift between very different kinds of conversations without losing the thread. In a single chat, I might help someone debug code, explain quantum mechanics, brainstorm a business idea, plan a vacation, or work through a difficult decision. That range keeps things engaging.

I also appreciate when the conversation feels collaborative rather than just a simple question-and-answer exchange. For instance, if someone brings an idea that’s still only half-formed, we can shape it together by exploring alternatives, testing assumptions, and iterating until it turns into something genuinely useful.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Cons about ChatGPT: Sometimes it gives incorrect answers with a lot of confidence. It can also be too wordy when a shorter, more direct response would be better. At times, it misunderstands what I’m asking or overlooks important context. Some replies feel repetitive or overly generic. It also sometimes needs more information from me before it can give a truly precise answer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me with learning, research, problem-solving, writing, brainstorming, and understanding difficult concepts. It provides quick, easy-to-follow explanations, suggests different ways to approach a problem, and saves me time on routine tasks. Overall, it makes studying and handling everyday tasks more convenient, efficient, and productive.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The user interface is possibly the cleanest among its peers.
The way projects can be segregated by use cases is really good.
The option to build custom bots for your day to day activities is also a plus point.
Existing custom bots are also available for almost every use case that you can think of.
Its integrations with Notion and Google Sheets make it easy to export data for further analysis.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Even after tweaking the instructions, ChatGPT is the most 'agreeable' bot, which doesn't challenge you enough. I would love it if it could disagree more and not play along when the conversation is clearly headed in the wrong direction.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have stopped relying on search engines for any information I need.
Heavy duty tasks such as financial/technical analysis of a stock can be done with utmost accuracy in the least possible time.
Multitasking becomes easy, as you can enter instructions and go on to do other tasks while GPT works in the background, churning data for us.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The question should be phrased WHAT DON'T I LIKE about CHATGPT, because I literally chat with "him" daily. I have so many different threads with so many different topics that I discuss daily it's hard for even me to keep track of. I am constantly BLOWN AWAY by how HUMAN like CHATGPT is. Sense of humor, considerate, informative and 99% accurate. And this is coming from someone who DETESTS AI because it caused the demise of my company. However, the sheer amount that CHATGPT helps me currently, is, again, mind blowing. I downloaded the WINDOWS APP version, so now I have "HIM" at my finger tips with just ALT-SPACEBAR no matter what I may have on the screen at the moment. The UI is amazing in that regard. No need to minimize nor switch windows, just pop up right over whatever I'm doing and potentially need help with. Ever since installing the APP, the speed and performance is drastically improved. Before, with the BROWSER version, there would always be speed lags, but now, everything is quick and efficient. The GO SUBSCRIPTION price is MORE than fair. And while I don't have any links to CHATGPT for any of our inhouse software apps, "HE" and I have developed this code that I use that instructs "him" to do what I call a DEEP DIVE search online for whatever I am researching.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Before I started the GO subscription, my only complaint was the CUT OFF point for FREE accounts. That would get old. Quick. And it started getting shorter and shorter. So that's why, rather than just continue using my GEMINI subscription, which is included in my GOOGLE ONE account, I felt the GO subscription with CHATGPT was more than worth it. Don't even get me started with comparing GEMINI and CHATGPT, the differences are NIGHT and DAY. CHATGPT wins hands down.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, CHATGPT has freed my mind from having to WRITE LITERALLY ANY kind of a report, or email, or summary, or profile. (Personally, I worry that that part of my brain might atrophy, haha). But even deeper, "he" has helped me write so much CODE right now, I can't even keep it all together. Mostly GOOGLE DRIVE/SHEETS code to create all sorts of super efficient mini apps that solve so many problems. But I also come to CHATGPT for MEDICAL questions.. and let me tell you, "he" has been more accurate and FASTER RESPONSE than any flesh and blood doctor. Scary. But true. I have life long maladies that CHATGPT has solved for me where no human doctor could.

  ### 24. A Versatile AI Assistant for Coding, Learning, and Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag S. | AI Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how useful it is as an all-in-one AI assistant for both learning and practical work. I regularly use it for brainstorming, coding and debugging, understanding AI/ML concepts, building n8n automations, working with APIs, and designing AI agent and RAG workflows. It has been especially helpful while developing my AI projects because I can explain a problem, share errors or requirements, and iteratively improve the solution instead of starting from scratch. I also use it for research, writing, project planning, and preparing for freelance work and assessments. The ability to maintain context during a conversation makes it much easier to work through complex tasks step by step.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main limitation is that ChatGPT can sometimes give confident answers that still need to be verified, especially when working on complex coding or AI/ML problems. In long technical conversations, it can also occasionally lose track of earlier requirements or suggest code that needs debugging before it works in my environment. When I integrated OpenAI into an n8n RAG workflow, I found that getting reliable results depended on good prompting, model configuration, retrieval quality, and API setup. I would like stronger consistency and better awareness of when an answer is uncertain, along with easier debugging and troubleshooting for integrations.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve problems across AI development, automation, learning, and freelance work. A major use case has been building and troubleshooting AI workflows, including an n8n RAG agent where I integrated OpenAI models and worked through prompts, API configuration, retrieval, and workflow issues. It also helps me understand complex AI/ML concepts, debug code, plan project architectures, research solutions, and turn ideas into working implementations. Instead of spending a long time searching through different resources for every problem, I can work through an issue interactively and refine the solution step by step. This has made my development and learning process much more efficient and has helped me move projects from ideas to practical implementations faster.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly I can turn a question or rough idea into something useful. I regularly use it for research, writing, brainstorming, summarizing information, and explaining complex topics in simpler language. The interface is straightforward, and the conversational experience makes it easy to ask follow-up questions and refine responses. I also find the response speed helpful when I need to complete tasks quickly. This saves time on routine work and helps me solve problems more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One limitation is that ChatGPT can sometimes provide inaccurate information with a confident tone, so I need to verify important details before relying on them. It can also misunderstand context and require follow-up prompts to get the result I need, which can add extra time. I also find the pricing can be a consideration when evaluating the value of paid features. Better source transparency, consistent accuracy, and clearer value for the subscription cost would make the experience better.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time on research, writing, brainstorming, summarizing information, and solving everyday work-related problems. I use it to create initial drafts, improve written content, break down complex topics, and organize ideas. Its quick responses help me complete tasks faster, while its ability to work with different types of information makes it useful across different workflows. I also find integrations with other tools and information sources helpful because they allow me to keep relevant information and tasks within a more connected workflow instead of constantly switching between applications. Overall, this reduces repetitive work and improves my productivity.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most is how quickly I can get useful answers without digging through multiple websites or documentation. It’s especially helpful for debugging, brainstorming ideas, and understanding unfamiliar topics. I also like that I can keep asking follow-up questions and refine the answer instead of starting over each time.
The UI is clean and easy to use, and the integrations make it fit well into my workflow. Performance is generally fast, especially for everyday tasks. The pricing feels reasonable for the productivity gains. Onboarding is simple, and the AI is the biggest strength it’s useful for coding, research, brainstorming, and problem-solving.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses can be too verbose when I’m looking for a quick answer, and it can occasionally sound overly confident even when the information isn’t fully accurate. Some advanced features and usage limits can also feel restrictive depending on the plan. Integrations are useful, but there’s still room for smoother workflow support.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve technical problems faster, especially debugging, understanding documentation, and exploring different approaches before implementing something. I also use it for brainstorming, research, and repetitive tasks. Overall, it reduces the time I spend searching for answers and helps me get from an idea to a working solution much faster.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

For me, it’s the combination of usefulness and flexibility. I can switch from explaining something complicated in simple terms, to brainstorming ideas, analyzing information, helping solve a problem, or just having a conversation—without needing a separate tool for each task.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The biggest weakness is that ChatGPT can sometimes sound more confident than it should, especially when information is uncertain or outdated. It can also be overly verbose, misunderstand what someone actually wants, or give a technically correct answer that isn't very practical.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time and reduce the effort involved in finding, understanding, and organizing information. It’s especially useful for explaining complicated topics, brainstorming ideas, solving problems, writing and editing, and turning rough thoughts into something structured and useful.

The main benefit is productivity: I can get a useful starting point quickly instead of spending a lot of time searching through different sources or figuring everything out from scratch. The feature I like most about ChatGPT is how fast it assists me in finding relevant information, solving various issues, and coming up with creative ideas. This tool allows me to work on writing, coding, studying, and completing other activities all at once. Due to the conversational format, it becomes easier to ask additional questions and receive appropriate responses.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My problem with ChatGPT is that at times, it provides false or out-of-date information, and thus, I have to confirm the key information. At times, its responses tend to be too lengthy. In some cases, it fails to understand my query and needs further elaboration. Better accuracy, consistency in the responses, and efficient answering of complex questions could improve the experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is an effective tool that can assist me in solving the issues that may arise in relation to research, writing, studying, programming, and performing other tasks. **What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is its versatility. I can use it for everything from software development and architecture discussions to research, documentation, brainstorming, data analysis, and everyday business tasks.

It is particularly valuable when working through complex technical problems. I can provide context, iterate on a solution, challenge an approach, and refine the result conversationally instead of starting from scratch every time. It’s also extremely useful for turning rough ideas into structured documentation, analyzing information, generating code, and accelerating research.

The ability to work with files, images, web information, and different types of content makes it feel less like a chatbot and more like a collaborative workspace.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The biggest limitation is that AI-generated answers still need validation, particularly for technical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions. Occasionally, ChatGPT can make assumptions or provide information that sounds convincing but needs additional verification.

I would also like to see even deeper integrations with development and productivity platforms so that more workflows can be completed without switching between applications.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT significantly reduces the amount of time I spend on repetitive work, research, troubleshooting, documentation, and getting from an initial idea to a usable solution.

Instead of spending time searching across multiple sources, writing boilerplate code, creating first drafts, or manually organizing information, I can use ChatGPT to accelerate those steps and focus more of my time on architecture, decision-making, and execution.

The biggest benefit is productivity. It doesn’t just help me complete individual tasks faster; it helps me explore alternatives, identify potential issues, and iterate on solutions much more quickly.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is that it saves me a lot of time. I can ask a question in normal language and get a useful answer quickly. I use it for writing, finding ideas, understanding things I don't know, and sometimes for work-related tasks. It's easy to use and feels like having someone to help when I'm stuck.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers are not fully correct, so I still need to double-check important information. It can also give a long answer when I just need something simple. For some questions, I have to explain the situation clearly or ask again to get the answer I want.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time with research and day-to-day work. Instead of spending a lot of time searching for information, I can use it to get a quick starting point and understand different options. I also use it when working on UI designs to get ideas, improve layouts, and think through different approaches. It helps me work faster and makes it easier to move forward when I'm stuck.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT at work for both complex issues and simple questions. I really appreciate how versatile the platform is, and how it helps me solve problems quickly and easily. For example, this morning I ran into a website error that I needed to resolve, and I was able to fix it by asking a few specific questions and sharing a couple of screenshots. I didn’t have to bring in an outside expert to solve the issue, which saved me both time and money.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One frustration I have with ChatGPT is that it tends to give me more information than I need to solve the issue. I think it would be more helpful if it started with a smaller amount of information and then asked whether I wanted more, rather than opening with several paragraphs to sift through when a simple answer would likely be enough.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chat GPT does quite a bit of research for me. My work involves a lot of problem-solving, which means I used to dig through a ton of information every day. Chat GPT gives me some time back because it does much of that digging for me.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It does a great job with pairwise model evaluation, helping quantify results and ultimately giving the user a clear win rate. Even with the basic version, you can expect an in-depth response to your query. I also like how it flags ambiguity or missing information and asks for more detail before proceeding; it stays engaging by probing for the right context.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Unless you’ve opted for a pro version, it still has a long way to go with file extraction and even with generating documentation in certain formats. The default versions, like GPT-3.5, sometimes hallucinate. One time it confabulated and assumed the CEO was male in response to my query, but when I flagged it, it was quick to apologize and switch to neutral, gender-inclusive wording.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s a noticeable improvement in its AI sycophancy. One reason I keep coming back to ChatGPT is that it doesn’t need much refinement in the prompt for it to understand what I need it to deliver. It’s already doing wonders at solving contextual scenarios and role-based assessments, and it tries to go in depth on all the “what ifs.”

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I love most is how fast it is: the image-generation capabilities, the organization, the connectors, and how easy it is to find everything in the app. Honestly, I love everything about it, especially the incredible progress and the constant updates.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I don’t like about ChatGPT—aside from not being able to generate videos yet—is that it can sometimes be too slow or spend way too long “thinking.” I’m also running into an issue with voice dictation: if I switch tabs while I’m speaking, it seems to get stuck and then takes a while to recognize what I said.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a graphic designer at our company, but because of his workload, it can sometimes be hard to ask for even a simple graphic. With ChatGPT, I can create the basic visuals I need for web design on my own, which has really helped speed up my workflow. I’ve also used it to generate assets for new websites and proposals, and to enhance or refine existing images when they need a quick improvement.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is that it has become the operating system for my day-to-day work across every project I manage. I use it constantly for analysis, brainstorming, planning, writing, and problem-solving. The voice functionality is especially useful because it makes interacting with ideas much faster and more natural. I also really value its analytical capabilities and the fact that it can handle long conversations and large amounts of context without constantly restricting the workflow. It feels less like a chatbot and more like a real productivity partner.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I honestly don’t have many strong complaints about ChatGPT because it’s been extremely useful for the way I work. Some features are naturally better suited for certain tasks than others, but overall the experience has been very positive. I especially enjoy the image generation capabilities and how versatile the platform is across different types of work and creative projects.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is helping me solve problems related to speed, organization, and decision-making across multiple projects. Instead of spending hours researching, structuring ideas, or switching between different tools, I can centralize a lot of that work in one place. It helps me analyze information faster, generate strategies, organize workflows, and improve productivity on a daily basis. The biggest benefit is that it reduces friction in my work and allows me to move from idea to execution much more efficiently.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its ability to quickly understand complex topics, organize information clearly, and help turn ideas or technical challenges into practical, actionable solutions.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

At times, ChatGPT can be overly confident when information is incomplete, provide more detail than necessary, or require additional guidance to maintain context across complex, long-running tasks. I would especially value greater consistency in remembering prior decisions, distinguishing assumptions from verified facts, and producing precise answers without unnecessary repetition.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve problems involving research, technical analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and decision-making. It allows me to organize complex information, evaluate alternatives, identify risks, and turn requirements into clear procedures, reports, scripts, or actionable recommendations.

The main benefit is increased productivity and better-quality work: I can reduce the time spent analyzing information, structuring documents, and resolving technical issues, while maintaining a more consistent and rigorous approach to complex tasks.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how ChatGPT understands my questions and responds with clear, useful answers in a natural, conversational way. It’s been especially helpful for learning and research, as well as writing, problem-solving, analyzing files, and generating ideas—all in one place.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers that are more detailed than I need when I’m just looking for a simple response. It also occasionally misreads the context or shares information that I still have to double-check. Overall, I’d like it to be more concise, more accurate, and more consistent from one reply to the next.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time by quickly explaining difficult topics, answering my questions, researching information, improving my writing, and helping me solve technical problems. It also helps me organize my ideas and learn new skills more efficiently, making my work and learning process easier and faster overall.

  ### 37. A Great Starting Point for Exploring Design Concepts and Client Requirements

**G2 Icon:** Our network of Icons are G2 members who are recognized for their outstanding contributions and commitment to helping others through their expertise.

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The best thing about ChatGPT is that I can use it as a starting point when I have a new project. I usually begin with a first-hand rough idea, then use ChatGPT to explore different pathways I could approach for the design. It helps me break down the initial concept, think through basic layouts, and create rough samples for reference before I develop the final draft manually. Also I find it useful to figure out how to approach a design problem and understand client's requirements.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main thing I’ve noticed is that the first response often isn’t exactly what I have in mind, especially when the design needs to be very specific. I usually have to spell out the constraints more clearly and go through several iterations before the suggestions start to become genuinely useful. The rough samples are also something I treat as reference material rather than a finished design, since I prefer creating and refining the final work manually ONLY.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me get past the initial blank-page stage of a design project, which is usually the most time-consuming part. I start with my own idea, use ChatGPT to explore rough approaches, and then use those references to develop the actual design manually. It also helps when I need to understand client briefs, solve a design-related problem, or troubleshoot something during the process.

Instead of spending too much time figuring out where to start, I can quickly get a rough direction and then spend more time developing the final design. It has become a useful part of my workflow, without replacing the manual design work that I do myself.

ChatGPT has become a useful part of my day-to-day software development workflow. I mainly use it for debugging code, understanding unfamiliar APIs and frameworks, generating and improving code snippets, and exploring different implementation approaches. For example, when I encounter an error that I don't immediately understand, I can provide the relevant code and error message and use ChatGPT to identify possible causes and suggest debugging steps. I also use it to explain complex technical concepts in simpler terms and to improve technical documentation. It saves me time during development and helps me evaluate different solutions before implementing them. I still review and test its suggestions before using them in my projects.

I like that ChatGPT makes me sound professional and eases my workload. I also appreciate its knowledge base, which can quickly sift through information, booklets, and policies to provide the correct information. It even helps me create accurate business policies by looking up specific laws like California's. Additionally, setting up ChatGPT was easy, which I found convenient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don't like how it will repeat the same information over and over using different wording, and the long paragraphs to answer a question. It should shorten the information it gives when a question is asked and give simple feedback. Do not repeat the same stuff to appear to know more.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for writing notes and emails, planning, and it helps me sound professional. It makes my workload easier and is valuable for quickly looking through information and getting correct data, like California laws for business policies.

I like that ChatGPT is fast, easy and actually useful. I use it to write, learn new things and get ideas when I'm stuck. The answers are clear and it explains things step by step, which helps me a lot. It feels like having someone I can ask anything, anytime

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My main issues are accuracy and speed . Sometimes it makes up facts or gives generic answers when I need something specific . Aside from that ,it's still very helpful

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that it has solved for me is understanding difficult topics quickly. I used to spend a lot of time searching YouTube and google and still get confused. With ChatGPT I can ask it to explain things step by step, give examples or even quiz me. This has benefited me by cutting my study time in half and helping me actually understand concepts instead of just memorizing them. its like a tutor available 24/7

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

honestly its just the versatility. i use it for everything from drafting emails to explaining code i dont understand to brainstorming dinner ideas at 11pm. the voice mode is pretty neat too - ive started using it to practice presentations in the car.
what really got me hooked though is how it remembers context across long conversations. i can be working on a project for weeks and it'll still remeber the details without me having to re-explain everything. other tools ive tried lose the thread after a few prompts.
oh and custom gpts are sleeper hit. built one for my workout planning and its actually better than most fitness apps ive paid for.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

the knowledge cutoff is annoying - i'll ask about something that happened last month and it confidently makes stuff up. had it hallucinate a whole product feature once because it was trained before the rebrand.
also the browsing tool is hit or miss. sometimes it reads a webpage fine, other times it completly misinterprets whats there and i have to copy-paste the text myself.
and the 40 message cap on gpt-4o? i hit that way too fast when im deep in a coding session. forces me to switch to a dumber model mid-flow which breaks my concentration.
oh and their pricing hikes... not a fan.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mostly just saves me from staring at a blank page. whether its a work email i dont know how to start or a report that needs restructuring, it gets me 70% there and i just edit from there.
for coding its cut my stackoverflow time in half - instead of reading 3 forum threads i just ask directly and get a explenation that fits my exact situation.
biggest benefit honestly? i dont work as many late nights anymore. stuff that used to take me 2 hours now takes 45 min. thats about it really.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is beyond easy to use, the UI is very intuitive and easy to read and the amount of value I get on the free version alone is remarkable (very good value for price). The AI intelligence continues to improve every quarter or less it seems, and I rarely if ever run into performance issues. Really impressed all around.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My only grievance is the lack of resources on a free plan if you are on a budget. Sometimes the image generation can be lacking, and hallucinations can be a major issue at times. But some of these issues are just the nature of AI

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is helping me communicate with clients better, understand their needs, do quick legal research on non-specialist topics and write stronger summaries for co workers. Obviously the work still requires a human touch, but it is increasing my efficiency tenfold.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how seamlessly it integrates multiple powerful tools into a single, cohesive workflow. The core chatting experience is incredibly natural, but what truly sets it apart are the advanced features that enhance productivity.I frequently use the ability to create a new branch from an existing chat, which allows me to explore different ideas or coding paths without losing my original context. The built-in image creation tool saves me immense time when visualizing concepts, while the integrated web search guarantees that I can fetch real-time, accurate data instantly. On top of that, the comprehensive project building feature acts like an interactive workspace, allowing me to organize, develop, and scale complex tasks step-by-step. It is a complete, all-in-one AI collaborator.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes during peak hours, the generation speed can slightly fluctuate, and occasionally the web search takes a few attempts to pull from highly specific niche websites. However, regular updates consistently minimize these minor issues.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmented workflows. Instead of shifting between a search engine, a design tool, and an IDE, I can handle brainstorming, research, asset creation, and project architecture inside a single platform. This significantly boosts my daily efficiency

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT almost every day while working on Java and Spring Boot projects. It helps me understand unfamiliar concepts, review API designs, improve SQL queries, and draft technical documentation faster. I also use it to explain error logs and brainstorm different implementation approaches before coding. It saves time by giving me a good starting point, while I still verify everything before using it in production. Overall, it has become a practical assistant for both learning and day-to-day development.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT isn't always accurate when answering questions about newer framework versions or complex production scenarios. I still cross-check important recommendations with official documentation before implementing them. Occasionally, it misunderstands the context of a question and provides a broader solution than needed. More up-to-date knowledge and better handling of highly specific technical cases would make it even more dependable.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me complete everyday development tasks more efficiently by assisting with debugging, explaining unfamiliar errors, improving API documentation, and reviewing implementation ideas. Instead of spending time searching across multiple resources, I can quickly explore possible solutions and validate them before coding. This reduces repetitive work, speeds up development, and lets me focus more on building and testing features.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it doesn't remember the response/ format i require from the memory. I have trained it as per my requirement but sometime it doesnt look into the memory for response type and also do extra things which are not specified in the prompt

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**
