I use ChatGPT as a search engine for every task, and I find its quick and effective responses very valuable. It helps in solving conflicts in coding and assists me in preparing for interviews. I have compared the results between ChatGPT and Copilot, and I believe that ChatGPT is the best and better option for me. Additionally, the switch to ChatGPT LLM from Gemini LLM was smooth and without any major problems.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

If we make ChatGPT confused, it won't give proper answers, so that needs to be improved. When we are asking different tasks at a time, it is getting confused and not able to answer properly.

 ### 5. Versatile, Fast, and Context-Aware—A Daily Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BHARAT SINGH B. | Business Analyst, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is incredibly versatile and easy to use. It helps me automate routine tasks, generate content quickly, solve technical problems, and improve productivity. The quality of responses, speed, and ability to understand context make it one of the most useful AI tools I use daily.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is highly useful, there are times when responses may require additional verification, especially for highly specialized, real-time, or business-critical information. Occasionally, it may misinterpret complex requirements on the first attempt, requiring some prompt refinement to get the desired output. Additionally, access to the latest data can be limited without web-based information, so users may need to cross-check recent updates or time-sensitive details. Overall, these limitations are relatively minor compared to the productivity benefits it provides.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve a variety of day-to-day business and operational challenges by reducing the time spent on research, data analysis, SQL query writing, report preparation, and professional communication. It assists in troubleshooting complex queries, creating dashboards, drafting emails, generating marketing content, and summarizing large amounts of information quickly. This has significantly improved my productivity, helped me make faster decisions, reduced manual effort, and allowed me to focus more on strategic and high-impact tasks rather than routine work.

 ### 6. Fast, Intuitive AI That Delivers Helpful Answers Without Perfect Prompts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, the thing I like most is how it just gets what you're asking without needing perfect prompts. It feels like talking to a really knowledgeable friend — whether I need help drafting an email, figuring out a problem, or just thinking something through, it's genuinely useful. The interface is clean and simple, no learning curve at all. I also love how fast it is — you get a solid response in seconds. It's become one of those tools I open almost every day without even thinking about it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main thing that bothers me is the usage limits on the paid plan — you hit the cap on the more powerful model faster than you'd expect, especially during heavy use days, and then it drops you to a slower version. It can also sometimes be a bit overconfident, giving you an answer that sounds totally right but isn't 100% accurate, so you still have to double-check important stuff. Memory across conversations is still not perfect either. And honestly, the pricing feels a little steep if you're just an individual user rather than a business.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has basically replaced a whole bunch of tools I used to juggle. Writing, research, brainstorming, summarizing long documents — it handles all of it in one place, which saves a ton of time. The API integrates really smoothly into other workflows and tools, so it's not just a standalone chat window — it plugs into things you're already using. Getting started was effortless too, no onboarding needed, you literally just start typing and it works. For the value it provides, the performance is impressive — responses are fast and the quality is consistently good. It's genuinely one of those tools that pays for itself quickly.

 ### 7. Powerful Deep Search, Needs Source Reliability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali Omar F. | Research | Analyst | Economist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really appreciate ChatGPT's accessibility and availability, which is the most important thing for me because it's always there when I need it. I love how it helps me with making deep searches, which is one of the best experiences I've had. When I give it a prompt, it provides a vast amount of information, saving me weeks of research time and delivering results in just about half an hour. Another thing I enjoy is its ability to generate and edit photos perfectly, which I use for my YouTube channel. The initial setup is super simple; you just sign in without any complicated steps.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The only problem I faced with ChatGPT is hallucination. It hallucinates sources, and sometimes the information is not real. That's something that has to be improved. It should be neutral and also real.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me generate perfect photos for my YouTube channel and conducts deep searches quickly, providing vast detailed information. However, it sometimes hallucinates sources which require additional checking.

 ### 8. Remembers Every Detail for Personalized Help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane D. | Territory Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What's most helpful is it has remembered everything about me, every detail I've shared with it, so each time I ask a question it has the info I've given it over time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

the only downside is you only get 5 questions or updates to your question per 24 hour period. Otherwise you need to upgrade to paid version which I have done-

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT have altered photos for me (putting a full beard on my 1 month old grandson) to given me InstaPot recipes to helping me write a nutrition and exercise plan.

 ### 9. Quick, Relevant Answers That Save Me Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karishma R. | Digital Marketing Excutive, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I appreciate ChatGPT’s ability to remember the flow of our conversation within a session, along with its clean, uncluttered interface. It feels intuitive for handling quick tasks, and the GPT Store is a helpful addition when I want more customization for specific workflows.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes over-explains straightforward things and pads the response with unnecessary filler phrases like "Certainly!" or "Great question!" That can come across as performative, rather than genuinely helpful.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me quickly research topics, come up with content ideas, and work through job-related questions. It saves me time and improves both my productivity and my decision-making.

 ### 10. ChatGPT Powers My Gaming Café with Coding, Calculations, and Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I run a gaming cafe, and it’s only profitable because of ChatGPT. What I like most about ChatGPT is that it can do coding, calculations, and strategy planning for me. It helps me code software for my gaming lounge and manage it more smoothly. ChatGPT also helps me plan the core strategy for my business.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There’s one thing I don’t like about ChatGPT: it doesn’t create videos for me. Other than that, there isn’t anything else I dislike about ChatGPT.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me fix errors in my code and, sometimes, it even creates software for me. It also shows me the right path when I’m not sure what to do next. The ChatGPT Go plan is really cheap and affordable for me, and it helps me level up my work.

 ### 11. Versatile AI with Exceptional Visualization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaishnavi S. | HR Trainee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for mostly everything, which includes learning new languages and preparing for higher studies and work. I find it valuable for situation-based queries, especially when it comes to money-related questions and research regarding my stream, work, and lifestyle improvement. I really like its free plan and how easy it is to use, and even though other competitors exist, I still prefer it. I also enjoy the data interpretation, image generation, and process flow charts, as they help me understand and remember concepts better. The initial setup was super easy—just download, go to the Play Store, and register. I find ChatGPT easy to integrate with Google Workspaces, MS Teams, and other apps based on my needs. The overall rating I'd give to ChatGPT is 9.5, which shows how much I value its capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's limited free use chat plan, the ChatGPT couldn't interpret my voice notes well last time I subscribed. An easy to use voice interpretation which would be able to hold up long conversation and a good memory.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps with situation-based queries, money-related questions, and thorough research for my stream, work, and lifestyle improvement.

 ### 12. Deep Research Powerhouse with Custom Threads and Flexible Role Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpana C. | Digital PR Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Deep research ability. I can store different activities in separate folders, I can save customized instructions. Each thread remembers my preferences on that particular thread and gives the favorable output. I can just snip pictures, questions and paste inside the chat. It understands my separate roles as a private tutor as well as digital marketer, and supports those roles. I have been using Chatgpt even before it became public and have been using it every single day for meal preps, writing, editing, wordpress troubleshooting, curriculum prep, coding, preparing autism friendly study lessons for my special needs students and much more

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It gives extra lengthy responses, even when I specifically ask for short to the point responses. It also gives incorrect responses and if someone doesn't know that topic well, could get convinced. Despite requesting, prompting and repeated instructions, the written responses always sound the same. After having used it for so long, I feel like I have lost my creative side and my brain has become foggy and excessively dependent on the tool

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a good tutor, being able to keep up in my role. It is like an assistant which gives me extra set of eyes to edit and audit my work.

 ### 13. A Daily Essential Tool for Work and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Gerente de Mercadotecnia Digital, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has become a very valuable tool for both my professional and personal activities. At work it helps me create marketing strategies, improve scripts and written content, generate reports, draft emails, and even support the implementation of digital products and tools. It saves a lot of time and helps organize ideas quickly. Personally, it also helps me troubleshoot and maintain different tools and technologies I use. Overall, it’s very easy to use and extremely versatile.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Overall my experience has been very positive. Sometimes responses may require a bit of refinement or additional context to get the exact result you want, but that’s part of working with AI. In general, the tool is very powerful and continues to improve.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me speed up many daily tasks that would normally take much longer. It supports brainstorming, writing, editing content, solving technical questions, and structuring ideas quickly. This allows me to work more efficiently and focus more on decision-making instead of repetitive tasks.

 ### 14. Easy-to-Use UI and Powerful Personas That Speed Up Research Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is incredibly easy to use. The customisation to change personas and the type of responses / challenges you require is a great feature - you can really use this tool to challenge your work and thoughts.. Performance is quick and generally the content it has access too is very helpful. Ability to churn out research reports in a relatively quick time is highly valuable to save significant time to compliment your own work - the AI intelligence is great on this.

Integrations are simple, not used as much. Pricing plans are not expensive for the value received. Support/onboarding is minimal.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Can be a little laggy, especially when conversations increase.
Ghosting does occur where you get random thoughts and you challenge and receive a positive reply for spotting an error.
Often ChatGPT can get carried away with your requests and you need to be careful not to lose sight of what you actually require. Personas should be able to handle this somewhat.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great tool to tackle time wasting tasks such as reviews of large amounts of text requiring summarising. Generally a great tool for the teams to use to confirm and validate ideas.

 ### 15. A Valuable Thinking Partner That Boosts Productivity and Clearer Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Market Intelligence Specialist, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As someone who works across policy research, sustainability, and trade analysis, ChatGPT has become a valuable thinking partner for me. It helps me organize my ideas, polish presentations, and quickly synthesize complex information.

It feels like more than just a tool; it’s a real productivity multiplier that supports clearer thinking, faster learning, and more effective communication.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

At times, ChatGPT can oversimplify complex topics in an effort to provide quick answers. While that can make information easier to grasp, some areas especially policy, research, and industry analysis often require more nuance and context than it initially provides. That said, with the right prompts and thoughtful follow-up questions, it can still be a very effective tool for structured thinking and exploration.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me quickly structure complex information and turn ideas into clear outputs whether it’s policy research, trade analysis, or professional presentations. It saves significant time in organizing data, refining language, and brainstorming frameworks, allowing me to focus more on critical thinking and decision-making rather than the initial drafting process.

 ### 24. Comprehensive Free AI That Helps with Almost Anything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan A. | Senior Developer , Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT can genuinely help with almost any topic in day-to-day life. It can write emails for me, help with coding, and even suggest a vacation itinerary, among other things. Compared to other AI agents, its free version also feels quite comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Its memory gets full very quickly, and after a few chats it starts responding more slowly. Also, sometimes it gives wrong responses.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it in software development, and it can generate UI code very easily. It also helps with boilerplate code for backend services. On top of that, it helps me draft emails. Because of this, my overall efficiency has increased.

 ### 25. A simple and helpful tool I use every day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT is fast and easy to use. I just type my question in normal English and it gives me a clear answer. I use it almost every day for writing emails, fixing grammar, getting ideas, and learning new things. It saves me a lot of time. The new voice feature is also fun to use when I am busy. It feels like talking to a smart friend who knows a little bit about everything.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives wrong answers but says them in a very sure tone, so I have to double check facts. It can also be slow when there is heavy traffic. The free version has limits and you need to pay for the better model. It also forgets things from old chats unless you turn on memory. I wish file uploads worked a bit faster too.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save a lot of time on daily writing tasks. Before, I used to spend hours on emails, reports, and small research. Now I can get a first draft in minutes and just edit it. It also helps me when I get stuck on ideas or when I need to explain a topic in simple words. For coding, it helps me find small bugs and write quick scripts. Overall it makes my work much faster and less stressful.

 ### 26. Fast, Adaptable AI That Speeds Up Everything from Learning to Building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jad A. | Artificial Intelligence Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Its usefulness across very different domains. It can switch from explaining advanced AI concepts, to debugging code, to drafting business proposals, to brainstorming products, to simplifying lectures for students — all in one conversation while keeping context.

The strongest aspect is probably the combination of:

fast iteration,
broad knowledge,
natural conversation,
and adaptability to different skill levels.

For example, someone can use it to:

learn a difficult topic step by step,
automate repetitive work,
prototype startup ideas,
improve writing,
analyze data,
or accelerate software development.

The practical value comes from reducing the time between “idea” and “execution.”

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

A few things stand out:

It can sound overly confident even when uncertain.
Responses sometimes become too generic or verbose instead of getting straight to the point.
Context retention across long conversations is still imperfect.
For highly specialized or rapidly changing topics, accuracy can vary.
It occasionally optimizes for sounding helpful rather than asking the one critical clarification question.
Generated code may look correct while containing subtle logic or edge-case issues.
Creative outputs can become repetitive or “same-y” after heavy usage.
Real-world reasoning and common sense are improving, but there are still gaps compared to domain experts with hands-on experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps reduce the time and effort needed to learn, create, research, and execute tasks. It solves problems like:

Information overload — by summarizing and simplifying complex topics quickly.
Repetitive work — drafting emails, reports, documentation, proposals, and code.
Learning barriers — explaining difficult concepts in simpler terms and adapting explanations to different levels.
Faster prototyping — helping turn ideas into MVPs, workflows, business plans, or technical implementations rapidly.
Technical debugging — assisting with coding issues, architecture ideas, and troubleshooting.
Creative block — generating ideas for branding, marketing, products, designs, and content.

The benefit is mainly productivity and speed. Tasks that might normally take hours of research or iteration can often be completed in minutes, allowing more focus on decision-making and execution rather than starting from scratch every time.

 ### 27. Powerful AI With a GoodU ser Experience, But Still Not Perfect

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Been using ChatGPT for a while now and overall it’s probably the best AI platform I’ve tried, although it definitely still has a few issues. The UI is clean and easy to use, even if your not very technical. Everything feels fast and organised and the mobile app is surprisingly good too.

The integrations are improving alot, especially with file uploads, coding tools and voice features, but sometimes connecting it into existing workflows can still feel a bit slow and clunky. Answers are usually detailed and useful, although every now and then it confidently gives wrong information which can be frustrating and leaves in references that I don't want.

Pricing feels fair if you actually use it daily for work or content creation because it saves loads of time. Casual users might find the paid plans abit expensive though. Support is okay, but getting direct help isnt easy. I like it a lot but not perfect yet.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There isn’t enough memory on the free or cheaper plans to keep my chats going, so I end up having to start a new chat just to continue the same project.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Article writing. Spreadsheet sorting. General question and answer how to type queries

 ### 28. Versatile Personal Assistant for Business Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how versatile ChatGPT is. It does not just do one thing. If I have any work-related questions, I can just ask ChatGPT and it probably has an answer with the amount of data I feed it. It is so helpful, almost like a personal assistant because I work across different time zones, so it helps me with different timings. I also use it to draft emails for prospects, help with my sequences and my sales pitch. The setup was very easy since I used it for personal use before, and transitioning to a company account was seamless.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it does not understand what I'm looking for, but after telling the tool what I'm explaining once or twice, it kind of gets the idea.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a personal assistant for managing cross-time zone tasks, drafting emails, and creating sales sequences. It helps me with deal management, email typing, scheduling my calendar, and tailoring sales pitches.

It makes tasks easier by giving instant answers, improving writing, explaining complex topics in simple words, and helping with ideas or problem-solving. It saves time, increased productivity, and is useful for both professional and personal use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

one thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that sometimes the answers can be inaccurate or too generic, so the information still needs to be verified. Some advanced features and integrations are limited in the free version, and responses may occasionally feel repetitive or lack deep context. Performance can also slow down during high usage times. However, it is still a very helpful AI tool for productivity, learning, and daily work support.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve everyday work challenges by saving time, boosting productivity, and reducing manual effort. I use it for quick research, content writing, drafting emails, coding support, summarizing meetings, and generating ideas. Its AI intelligence makes complex tasks easier to understand, and its integrations with different tools help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. With fast performance and an easy onboarding experience, it’s useful for both technical and non-technical users. Overall, it delivers strong value by improving work efficiency and helping teams to complete tasks faster with better accuracy.

I regularly use it to draft professional emails, tenant notices, maintenance updates, proposals, and resident responses. It saves me hours each week by quickly turning my thoughts into polished, professional communication.

The UI/UX is simple and easy to navigate, and the AI/Intelligence adjusts tone well for formal, urgent, or customer-friendly situations. I also use it to translate messages into Spanish, which has improved communication with tenants.

Performance is fast and reliable, and it integrates smoothly into my daily workflow for writing, summaries, brainstorming, and simplifying complex wording. One unexpected benefit has been the confidence it gives me in written communication by improving clarity and reducing errors.

From a Pricing/ROI standpoint, the time savings and productivity improvements make it extremely valuable. Support and onboarding are also straightforward because the platform is easy to learn and use.

Overall, ChatGPT helps me work more efficiently, communicate professionally, and stay organized every day.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I dislike ChatGPT sometimes because it can give incorrect or confusing answers, and it doesn’t always understand exactly what I’m asking. It can also feel repetitive or too general instead of giving specific help.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is solving the problem of needing quick and easy access to information, help, and ideas. It benefits me by saving time and helping me understand things faster, especially when I need help with homework or coming up with responses. I like that it gives clear answers and is easy to use, but at the same time, I’ve noticed it can sometimes give incorrect or unclear responses, which can be frustrating. Overall, it helps me get things done more efficiently, even if it’s not perfect.

 ### 31. AI Makes Recognition Easy and Faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

ChatGPT integration in Vantage Circle is particularly useful for quickly generating content such as recognition messages, appreciation notes, and communication drafts. It helps reduce the time spent on writing and structuring messages, making the overall recognition process faster and more efficient.

The interface is simple and easy to use, and the responses are generated quickly, which fits well into daily workflows without requiring additional effort. It is especially helpful when drafting professional or well-structured messages, providing good starting points that can be refined based on context.

From a productivity and ROI perspective, it adds value by saving time and improving consistency in communication, especially for users who frequently engage in employee recognition activities. Instead of writing messages from scratch, users can rely on AI assistance to speed up the process.

Overall, the combination of ease of use, quick response time, and practical applicability in workplace communication makes it a valuable addition to the platform.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While the ChatGPT integration in Vantage Circle is helpful for generating quick content and assisting with communication, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, responses can feel generic and require manual refinement to better match specific organizational tone or context.

In some cases, the AI may not fully align with company-specific policies or internal workflows, so users still need to validate and edit outputs before using them. Additionally, deeper integration with platform data (such as recognition history or user context) would make responses more personalized and relevant.

From a usability and onboarding perspective, clearer guidance on how to effectively use the AI features within Vantage Circle would benefit new users, especially in professional settings.
Regarding pricing and ROI, while the feature adds value by saving time in drafting messages or recognition notes, the benefits depend on how frequently users adopt it. Better visibility into usage impact and productivity gains would help organizations clearly understand the return on investment.

Improving contextual accuracy, personalization, onboarding support, and demonstrating clearer ROI would significantly enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT within Vantage Circle, creating recognition messages and professional communication used to take more time, especially when trying to ensure consistency and the right tone. Drafting messages manually for appreciation or team engagement was repetitive and sometimes slowed down the workflow.

With ChatGPT integration, I can quickly generate well-structured drafts for recognition and communication, which I can then refine based on context. This has significantly reduced the time spent on writing tasks and improved consistency in messaging across the platform.

From a performance and productivity standpoint, it helps complete tasks faster and reduces manual effort, especially during frequent recognition activities. The AI-generated suggestions also help maintain a professional tone, even when handling multiple tasks.

In terms of ROI, the time saved on drafting and editing directly translates into improved efficiency and better utilization of work hours. While the feature is simple to use with minimal onboarding, additional guidance on advanced usage could further enhance its value.

Overall, ChatGPT helps streamline communication, reduce effort, and improve the overall recognition experience within Vantage Circle.

 ### 32. Effortless Document Formatting and More Professional Writing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felicia G. | Operations Manager, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that I can put in a document that has been typed up and ChatGPT will format it for me. It will also help make text sound more professional if I need it to. It's simple to use. You type what you are looking for or paste a document you want refined and ChatGPT does the work for you.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I dislike that sometimes it doesn't quite understand what you are looking for. You can give it a prompt and the answer will be something unrelated or your chart isn't in the right order no matter how detailed you are.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT can create forms with information I give it. I have trouble creating nice looking forms and ChatGPT can do it for me.

 ### 33. Best-in-Class GPT Image 2 and Flexible Thinking Modes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It has one of the best imagination models, GPT Image 2, which is really helpful when I’m trying to explain a process or quickly spin up a flow of diagrams. At the same time, I really like that it offers Pro, Extended, or different levels of thinking modes. On other platforms, you usually just get a “thinking” versus “simple” mode, but here you have more control over how deeply you want the model to think.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I would have really liked if the temporary chat also helped in creating the picture because the image model doesn't work so if I want to check some data which is not to be public and analyze it with some information a lot of things are not possible in temporary chat and would have been nicer if you could also preserve those to come back to those later as I have to redo a lot of those things again. Also I have noticed that sometimes the performance gets a bit delayed if you ask some complex topics especially in the anonymous mode

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mostly for personal purposes but at the same time I also try to integrate it with Github and thus hereby saving the cost of the Github models as they are priced a bit more to use and using the pre provided chair GPT integration makes the process much more easier Plus it also helps a lot with the other model so it supports a lot in the overall development of any projects or understanding any Github issues much better And often at times I find it to work better than even the copilot. Some of my colleagues have also found it very helpful when they try out features like using the audio chat where they're discussing some information or they're trying to recap some topics the voice chat works quite well with voice recognition and also in sharing details or providing proper information and not cutting the users question in between

 ### 34. How ChatGPT Solves Problems and Helps Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rochie C. | Customer Service Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

One of the best things about ChatGPT is its ability to provide quick and helpful answers to many different types of questions. It can explain difficult topics in a simple way, help with writing and editing, and assist with research or brainstorming ideas. Another thing people like is that it is available anytime, so users can get help whenever they need it. Overall, ChatGPT is useful because it saves time, improves productivity, and makes information easier to understand.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main concerns about ChatGPT include possible inaccuracies, limited understanding, and the risk of over-dependence, so it works best when used as a support tool rather than a replacement for human thinking.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is designed to solve several information, productivity, and communication problems that many people face when working, learning, or creating things. Here are some of the main problems it addresses and how those solutions can benefit users.

 ### 35. Accurate Answers and Helpful Communication Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando O. | Ad Operations Manager II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like that we can ask GPT pretty much anything we need, and it will try to answer as accurately as possible. I also appreciate that it offers suggestions and solutions for how to communicate results more effectively to external stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The free version seems to have fewer and fewer features each time, and the paid version is also kind of expensive.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly provides insights by analyzing data and finding patterns that I can share with clients. This saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to dig so deeply into the data myself, and it gives me simple, easy-to-understand insights to share with clients.

 ### 36. Highly Versatile but Needs Improved Accuracy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curran M. | Integrated Marketing Product Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT for a wide range of purposes. I appreciate how it solves the search engine problem I used to have with Google by keeping everything in one place and acting as a replacement search engine. It's great that it helps me save time on certain tasks. The interface is really welcoming, inviting, and easy to use. I really like the dark mode feature, and it’s simple to use with prompts, types of thinking, and the ability to stop and start. I also find it cool that ChatGPT references all past conversations, which makes it easier to start new ones and find previous answers. Training a chat to help us write copy was really helpful, making the setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The AI gets very confused. It hallucinates often or is just often wrong with this information, and I have to ask it to constantly double check and verify even on the paid plans. It doesn't always elaborate as much as it should. The image generator takes forever or often just doesn't work, and the video's even worse.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a replacement search engine, combining multiple tasks like home improvement research, ad copywriting, and evaluating YouTube content. It saves me time and consolidates searching in one place.

 ### 37. Essential Legal Research Tool with Vast Information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon L. | Legal Asst., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT's ability to search and provide research answers for any topic I'm looking up in my legal assistant position. It pulls current case law, statutes, and laws that may apply to the topics I'm researching. This feature cuts back on the time I would physically spend doing the research, as it pulls from multiple resources that I may not have access to in my office but are available electronically. Also, the initial setup of ChatGPT was very easy and simple. Even my boss, who is not very computer savvy, was able to download and start taking advantage of it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the information is too vast, which could be improved. It forces me to be more intentional and focused in what I ask to narrow down the search because sometimes it may pull a vast amount of information.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to Google things for work and it provides research answers for my legal assistant role, pulling case law and statutes fast from multiple resources, cutting my research time.

 ### 38. An Indispensable Daily Tool with Seamless Simplicity and High-Quality Responses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I have used a lot of productivity tools, but ChatGPT is the only one I genuinely open every single day without exception. What makes it stand out is not any one feature it is the combination of all of them working seamlessly together.
The interface is just a text box, and that simplicity is honestly revolutionary. There is no onboarding, no dashboard to figure out, no settings to configure. You type what you need in plain language and it responds intelligently whether that is debugging a CUDA program, rewriting a research paper section, solving a finance problem, or drafting a casual message. The fact that it handles all of that with equal competence, inside the same clean chat window, is something no other tool comes close to matching.
The onboarding as simple as just logging in and you're done.
Performance-wise, responses are fast, contextually aware, and consistently high quality. It holds the thread of long conversations well, which makes complex multi-step work feel smooth rather than repetitive. The VS Code extension took things even further for me being able to get code suggestions and fix bugs without ever leaving my editor genuinely multiplied my productivity on coding projects.
The free tier is surprisingly capable, and the paid plan unlocks even more without feeling like a cash grab. The only honest criticism I have is that it can occasionally be confidently wrong on niche topics, so a habit of verifying technical outputs is still worth keeping.
But overall, no other tool adapts this well to this many use cases. For students, developers, writers, or really anyone who works across different domains, ChatGPT is not just useful, it becomes indispensable.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I use the free tier, so I don’t expect the best features. That said, the usage limit on image search is sometimes very low, and it feels like it runs out almost immediately. I hope the limit on image prompt was higher for free tier. Otherwise, it's the best all-rounder in the market right now.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has genuinely changed the way I work and learn. The biggest thing it solves is the constant need to switch between multiple tools, tabs, and resources just to get one thing done. Whether I am debugging code, writing a research paper, solving a finance problem, or just figuring out how to word an email, it handles all of it inside one simple chat window. The interface could not be more straightforward, which means there is zero time wasted on learning the tool itself. The VS Code integration made it even better for me personally, bringing AI assistance directly into my coding environment and cutting out the back and forth between my editor and the browser.

 ### 39. A Wonderful App to clear problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishesh G. | Business Development Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It is a wonderful application that helps me solve problems I face while teaching my children and also supports me with my office work. It provides solutions when I’m preparing PPTs, writing emails, or when I have to make resumes, and much more.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Right now there is nothing to dislike as far as I have used it

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to find tuition for my child anymore. I also don’t need to consult someone just to make a presentation. It helps by providing information on general knowledge topics and more, which makes things much easier. I don’t have to go to nearby shops to ask for help editing my documents, either.

 ### 40. Versatile AI Assistant That Dramatically Improves Productivity, This Is Essentially My Bestie!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie J. | Sales Assistant | Warm Lead Follow-Up & Demo Coordination, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

What I like most about ChatGPT is how versatile and efficient it is across so many different kinds of work. It supports brainstorming, writing, research, strategy, content creation, organization, and problem-solving in a way that feels conversational, responsive, and highly adaptable.

I especially appreciate how quickly it helps me turn rough ideas into more polished content—whether that’s marketing copy, creative concepts, business communication, or design direction. Overall, it’s become a genuinely valuable productivity and creative tool in my day-to-day workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One drawback is that ChatGPT can occasionally give information that still needs fact-checking or a bit more refinement, especially on highly technical or fast-changing topics. At times, its responses can also feel somewhat repetitive or too broad unless you prompt it with specific details. That said, when you provide clear instructions, it becomes an extremely powerful and dependable tool.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me tackle a wide range of productivity and creative challenges by speeding up research, brainstorming, writing, planning, and content development. It makes it easier to generate ideas, sharpen communication, organize workflows, and produce polished content far faster than doing everything manually.

It’s become especially valuable for marketing, design direction, business communication, and creative strategy, because it can quickly turn rough concepts into structured, usable outputs in an efficient way.

 ### 41. Versatile and Efficient for Writing, Research, and Problem-Solving for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa S. | Account Manager | Employment Specialist, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how versatile and efficient it is across both professional and personal tasks. It helps streamline writing, brainstorming, research, organization, communication, and problem-solving in a way that saves a significant amount of time. I also appreciate how adaptable it is because it can explain complex topics in a simpler way while still maintaining professionalism and detail when needed.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One downside of ChatGPT is that responses can occasionally sound repetitive, overly generic, or inaccurate if prompts are not specific enough. There are also times when information needs to be fact-checked or refined further, especially for highly technical or time-sensitive topics. Additionally, it may sometimes overcomplicate simple requests or require multiple revisions to fully match the intended tone or context.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps solve challenges related to time management, communication efficiency, organization, research, and content creation. In my role, it benefits me by helping streamline professional emails, recruitment outreach, onboarding communication, job postings, reporting, brainstorming, and administrative tasks more efficiently. It also helps simplify complex information, improve productivity, and support faster decision-making in both professional and academic settings while reducing the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks.

 ### 42. Clear, Reliable, and Consistently Well-Structured for Coding and Writing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya K. | Service Desk Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It stays clear, well structured, and reliable whether I’m coding, writing, asking for explanations, or doing random brainstorms. Most of the time, I know what I’m going to get from it, and it rarely drops the ball.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It tends to hedge a lot, pile on disclaimers, and refuse edge-case requests even when they’re harmless. The tone can come across as “customer-service-y” rather than a real conversation.

Sometimes I just want a direct answer without three paragraphs of caveats, but it still leads with the safety lecture.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves blank-page paralysis, helps make complex explanations easier to understand, takes the edge off tedious tasks, and provides on-demand tutoring when I need it.

 ### 43. Efficient, Accurate, Yet Needs Consistent Depth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandana B. | Hr Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for various daily tasks because it gives me accurate answers for my needs at work, in education, and for gathering information. I like how it provides quick, precise responses, which builds trust in the information I receive and saves me time. This efficiency makes it easier to make confident decisions and handle both personal and professional tasks, like recruitment and research-related work. I appreciate not having to rely on multiple platforms for information, as ChatGPT consolidates it all in one place. The setup was easy, which was a great benefit when switching from Google Search.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One area that could be improved is consistency in responses; sometimes the quality or depth of answers changes for similar questions. For recruitment-related tasks, more accurate resume matching, better understanding of niche technical skills, and faster access to updated industry information would make the experience even more effective.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for accurate answers in my daily life, work, and education. It saves time, builds trust, enhances productivity, and reduces the need to cross-check multiple platforms.

 ### 44. Fast, Accurate, but Needs Real-Time Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuvraj V. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily for my work, studies, and personal stuff. It solves my time problems by helping me do things faster, which used to take hours, and it even gives me tips on how I can improve efficiency. I really appreciate its top-level accuracy, as I can ask anything and it tries to provide the most accurate answers. I also value how it delivers content according to my taste, making it easy for me to interpret. The personalization stands out for me too; from just telling it about me once, it now tailors its responses around my preferences. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, taking just five minutes.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Asking about current affairs I feel is kinda not working well. If I ask about the current president of the US, it will tell me it's Joe Biden, then I have to tell it to update knowledge from Google, then it works fine. So this should be improved. It would be nice to have more knowledge for current affairs or just an option so it will use Google all the time when I ask something, just like Perplexity.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT saves me time by completing tasks faster and providing personalized tips for efficiency.

 ### 45. Intuitive Cloud UI and Personalized GPTs for Literature & Administration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I believe it’s one of the best for literature and administration. The cloud version is easy to use and intuitive. They also offer personalized GPTs, which I find amazing for personal use cases.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It’s often slow (the UI) when chats extend past a certain point and when there are a lot of chats in the list. Also, understanding how to integrate with its API is a bit confusing. The UI for coding looks great, but it often ranks behind other LLMs for software development.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me redact faster, summarize large data sets, and create better formats and structure for information. It also helps me spot bugs and identify possible errors.

 ### 46. Great Educational Aid, but Needs Detail Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Param I. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mainly use ChatGPT as my tutor and guide for college coursework and side learning. I appreciate its ability to structure coursework, helping me figure out where to start and guiding me through deep exploration of topics, especially in Mathematics. I like ChatGPT's personalization ability; over time, it has adapted to how I want it to respond to my queries. I also value its various features, such as image generation, PDF material analysis, topic extraction, proof expanding, and its assistance with deep research. It was also pretty easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Yeah this is main part, many times for example in theoretical subjects it misses the small important points that is in between sentences. When I told it to teach me it missed many such things that could end up losing me marks. Yeah I would say on theoretical subjects it should stick to more theory than bullet points. And in more, it should connect that theory in detail to explain how it's working, sometimes given theories are concise and we need more details on it not to compress it more.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to structure my coursework, guide my learning path, focus on deep topics, and solve doubts, especially in Math.

 ### 47. Great for Writing and Study Help, But Limited Depth and Occasional Hallucinations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is great for conversation and for refining sentences, emails, and grammar. The ChatGPT free tier also feels better than other AI tools like cluade. It is good for study help too; I’ve used it a lot to clear doubts about my studies and to learn complex concepts in simple language. Overall, ChatGPT is better at interactions than other AI I’ve used.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT can’t go into enough depth compared with other AI like Claude. It’s good for simple or moderate tasks, but it isn’t great for tasks that require deep understanding. It also hallucinates fairly often, and it doesn’t work well for me when I’m sending large PDFs. For that kind of task, I prefer Gemini.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, I mostly use ChatGPT to improve my English—polishing sentences, essays, and my writing in general. I also rely on it when I’m looking for research sources; if I want to read up on a topic, I can ask ChatGPT what the best sources are. On top of that, I use it for translation and for everyday calculations.

 ### 48. Boosts Productivity with Instant Technical Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj G. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily because it assists me with technical research, coding help, troubleshooting, and brainstorming ideas. I love its speed, versatility, and the quality of its responses for tasks like programming scripts, cybersecurity concepts, content writing, and solving complex problems simply. I appreciate how it helps in learning new things quickly and offers quick explanations and creative ideas that improve workflows. The responses are fast, detailed, and save a lot of time compared to traditional searching. It provides personalized assistance in a conversational way, which boosts productivity and everyday problem-solving. The setup was very easy and straightforward, with an interface that's simple and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT can give outdated or overly confident answers on very recent topics, so improved real-time accuracy would make it even better. Longer conversations can occasionally lose context, and some responses may become repetitive or overly cautious on certain technical discussions. Faster response times during peak hours and better memory across chats would also improve the overall experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for technical research, coding help, troubleshooting, and learning quickly. It provides instant explanations and detailed answers, saving time on research and improving productivity. It simplifies solving complex problems and speeds up workflows.

 ### 49. Speeds Up Research, But Needs Better Fact-Checking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sainath S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that the time to develop prototypes with ChatGPT is really fast, which is super helpful. I'm able to generate really good mock datasets, and I save a lot of time on product research because it goes through a ton of sources quickly and summarizes it. This lets me dive into specific sources more efficiently after reading a summary from the GPT agent. What works especially well is the research agent's ability to search the web, read and digest a lot of content, synthesize it, and provide comprehensive summaries. This capability allows me to have a product brief on a new area or market I'm trying to enter, or a new customer persona I'm building, ready in a couple of hours instead of days. Additionally, the initial setup is pretty easy with single sign-on, just log in and have everything up and running.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think the real problem often is, ChatGPT agrees annoyingly too well with me if I get facts wrong when I'm researching about a new area. My questions might be biased based on my assumptions, and ChatGPT doesn't question those assumptions. It just plays along and often leads to faulty information being put forth just to agree with me.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT speeds up prototype development and creates high-quality mock datasets. It drastically reduces the time needed for product research by quickly summarizing vast sources, allowing me to dive into specific sources faster.

 ### 50. A Helpful Daily Tool for Learning, Ideas, and Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NAVEENKUMAR S. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s a very helpful tool that I use in my daily life to learn, do different activities, have discussions, get ideas, and much more. Used to refined the work in UI development.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

In some areas, like real-time discussions, it fails. It also needs more time for thinking and analysis. some provides wrong answers, and not current data

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for my development work and brainstorming sessions to help me finish my discussions. I also use it to implement new technology and to debug issues in my code.
