"Fast, Intuitive Responses That Feel Tailored to Me"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I like that speed of it, it does things and it seems to know what I want to know very quickly. I think I'm at the point with using it that it knows what I want and how because I have trained it to think like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I dislike when it hallucinates, and when it says things in very much the same boring way. A lot of times the responses are predictable but in a bad way because it's like I don't even need ChatGPT if I can just guess what it will say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns Complex Information Into Practical Next Steps—and Saves Me Time"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is how it helps me take complex information and turn it into clear, practical next steps. I use it to draft professional correspondence, organize legal and administrative research, strengthen QA and production workflows, and translate information into understandable Spanish. It saves me time and helps me communicate more effectively. I especially appreciate being able to ask follow-up questions and refine an answer so it fits my situation, while still reviewing important facts and sources on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can sometimes sound more confident than the evidence really supports, so important facts and any citations need to be verified carefully. Responses can also run too long, or I have to repeat instructions to keep the answer focused. I’d like more consistent context retention, a clearer acknowledgment of uncertainty when it applies, and fewer unnecessary confirmation requests after I’ve already explained what I need. "An Everyday Go-To AI App That Delivers Expected Results"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT has become an everyday app for me, I use it day in and day out. I have it on my work laptop, my personal laptop, my mobile phone, and my iPad, and that pretty much shows how often I rely on it. The best thing about GPT is the UI: it’s so easy to use that even a child could figure it out. It also has a lot of features, and I’m currently on GO plan that lets me use most of them. So, yeah I use it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

It sometimes hallucinates and can be confusing. In my experience, though, if you give enough detail in your prompts, it usually gets close to the results you expect. Generally, I think that’s just how AI works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Helpful Services. That helps in daily life."

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

One of my favorite things about ChatGPT is how easily it can shift between very different kinds of conversations without losing the thread. In a single chat, I might help someone debug code, explain quantum mechanics, brainstorm a business idea, plan a vacation, or work through a difficult decision. That range keeps things engaging.

I also appreciate when the conversation feels collaborative rather than just a simple question-and-answer exchange. For instance, if someone brings an idea that’s still only half-formed, we can shape it together by exploring alternatives, testing assumptions, and iterating until it turns into something genuinely useful. "Best Tool for Creating Images, with Personalized Answers, But Drawbacks"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I've found it to be the best one I use for creating images. I also like that it remembers conversation history, therefore can personally answer my questions specifically by knowing me more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I've had a lot of errors, responses and generations not wanting to load. In addition to that, AI in general could be more accurate, and there needs to be a very user-friendly, public portal to submit corrections about your brand. If AI or the establishment determines that you are a scam, etc. Yes, it has happened with me, what do you do? It can become a real pain and not just at all. Which also brings up the privacy concerns, and the politically incorrect concerns of ChatGPT particularly. I'm tired of them trying to be the gatekeepers of truth, not wanting to write certain things. God is Truth. Period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accessible, Beginner-Friendly AI with a Great Interface on Mobile and Desktop/Mac"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I love how accessible ChatGPT is. My iPhone is integrated well with ChatGPT for any need I have or help needed. It is a great resource but most importantly, fact checking AI is a MUST! I always make sure to verify and I'd like to say that it is reliable for the most part. It also is great with its interface design. It is a very straightforward AI resource with its performance making it beginner friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

It is very straightforward but prompting is more complex than it should. But I think many educated users can agree that thankfully the accessibility of resources like this should require guidance and a well informed background. As a college student, this is a stance higher education is taking with AI use. Providing ChatGPT as a general source and method used is important and I think ChatGPT already does well with narrowing things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Versatile, and User-Friendly on Desktop and Mobile"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I really enjoy how easy it is to use, and how versatile the platform is for different tasks—like generating social media captions, editing pictures, and finding quick answers. ChatGPT is very user-friendly and simple to navigate on both desktop and mobile. Even if I make small typos, it still generates an answer. Both the free and membership options are great and get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Chat can make back-to-back mistakes on certain prompts, especially math questions. Sometimes it gives the wrong answer or forgets what you asked for, like leaving something out of the equation or not including a specific part you mentioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maximising personal and professional performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I use ChatGPT for both personal and professional work. It helps me with daily tasks like studying coding concepts and summarizing documents. In my professional work, I use Codex for daily tasks, which is affiliated with ChatGPT, and GPT for writing emails and better understanding my work. I like how ChatGPT summarizes documents, emails, and supports writing tasks. The ability to use plugins in GPT is quite good. I think existing plugins like Outlook and Canva for PowerPoint are great, helping me perform specific tasks more efficiently. These plugins remove repetitive work and allow me to accomplish a lot with a single click without needing to give huge prompts. The setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

It’s good overall but can do improvement in RAG. I don’t have any features in my mind but sometimes I feel that RAG can be improved. I faced similar type of ppt while creating from GPT that’s why I feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Minimal UI with Great Support and Easy Code Editor Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

It has become more powerful and very handy when it comes to learning new ideas. Minimal UI and great support for users. It's not that expensive compared to other AI tools. I can easily integrate it with my code editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes it repeats previous responses, and that takes a lot of tokens and time. It should ask the user which response they want, because sometimes I want very straightforward responses rather than getting very deep into a particular topic. One more change I would like to see is that it should allow communication with other chats' memos so that it can continue or it can have references to the same. "A Judgment-Free Learning Companion with Clear Explanations and Powerful Upload Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is that, as a computer science student, it makes learning different subjects much easier and more comfortable. If I don't understand a concept, I can ask for a simple explanation, examples, a step-by-step solution, or keep asking follow-up questions until it actually makes sense. One thing I really value is that I can ask ChatGPT almost anything openly without feeling embarrassed. Sometimes there are basic things that we feel we should already know from school, so we hesitate to ask a teacher or someone else. With ChatGPT, I can ask those questions freely and learn without worrying about being judged. I also really like the ability to upload images, screenshots, PDFs, and other documents and get help based on them. These features make ChatGPT useful not only for studying but also for coding, projects, writing, and everyday tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The main thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes be too agreeable. Most of the time, when I suggest something or make an assumption, it tends to say “yes” and build on it instead of clearly telling me when I am wrong. This can be a problem when I am learning or solving technical and mathematical problems because I want ChatGPT to challenge my mistakes and clearly explain why something is incorrect. It can also give answers that sound confident but are not completely accurate, so I still need to verify important information. Sometimes the responses are also longer than necessary when I only need a direct answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
