"Easy-to-Use GPTs Streamline Work, but Free Limits Frustrate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I like that ChatGPT always has an answer for everything. It’s quick and easy to use, and it’s easy to get the answers I’m looking for. Since I’ve built up my prompts, I know how to phrase my questions to get the best possible outcome for each answer. The GPTs offer the most value for me. We’ve built different ones for performance, day-to-day questions and queries, and helping write processes for our team and company. I also use ChatGPT to write processes and as a soundboard to bounce ideas off, and I can definitely tell it has helped the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I use ChatGPT’s free version for personal use as well, but I often struggle with the picture limits. For example, I can only get feedback on about two pictures before I have to wait a couple of hours to use that feature again. I’d like the limits for personal use to be a little more lenient. "Easy-to-Use AI That Accelerates Coding and Creative Work"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I use ChatGPT for personal and business use. It helps me rewrite training decks to better illustrate my ideas, and Codex helps me build custom platforms for my company and gives me a push in the right direction with coding. ChatGPT can augment problem-solving by thinking in ways I may not. It helps fill gaps in what I still need to learn, and I can learn from it and use it less in certain instances. I like that I can speak normally to it without learning a special language; I can get places just by talking to it. Codex is what I use most and value most. It’s very fast and hasn’t had too many pitfalls with current models. Image generation is great most of the time, and setup was very easy—just click and go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I find ChatGPT’s image-generation guardrails can sometimes flag a request by mistake. It may create an image fine, then say a later update to that image violates its policies, so creatively working around the issue without changing my request can be challenging. "Easy-to-Use Research Assistant That Saves Time—But Needs Fact-Checking"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I find ChatGPT easy to use, and I like being able to use it on my computer and phone. I can chat with it hands-free using my voice, and it can help with my work. It recognizes most file formats and can generate images, presentations, PDFs, and other things I need. It cuts down on research and repetitive copy-and-paste work, helps me focus on the important parts, brainstorm topics, and find solutions for my business. I also remember the initial setup being easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT sometimes makes mistakes, so I don’t always trust what it gives me and double-check with other AIs like Perplexity or Claude. I’m also not sure about its security, so I’m careful about the files and data I share with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves Time on Data Tasks, but Research Can Fall Short"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I use ChatGPT for my day-to-day operations, including Excel data crunching, writing emails, rewriting content, and creating pitches and email scripts. It saves me a lot of time because it can handle data crunching right away, so I don’t need to know Excel formulas or VLOOKUPs to get what I’m looking for. It’s easy to communicate with, and even when I don’t explain exactly what I want, it figures it out and gives me a relevant answer. It also helps with my research, and I found the initial setup quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I think researching accounts in detail still needs a lot of work, and ChatGPT can give repetitive responses. When I ask it to find 200 accounts that meet certain criteria, it says it has 200 names but only gives me 20 or 30, even when I ask for the entire list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and powerful AI tool with the flexibility to integrate with other platforms."
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

For me ChatGPT is one of the smartest and most intuitive AI platforms at the moment. It has a wide range of integrations available, we use it to link up with a wide range of 3rd party data platforms and more recently the information is has is far more up to date. It used to be 1 year + behind but is now up to date. The interface is clean and ad free and performance has become far more reliable. It used to error out when too many people used it but this doesn't happen any more. For the money the premium service is good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The image creation side of it is a little slow compared to other platforms. A lot of the images generated tend to look very "AI" like even if you ask it to make a natural looking image. Once chat threads get too long it sometimes gets a bit slow when loading up and the free version still has a limit on the number of images you can generate per day. "Versatile Conversational Assistant That Streamlines Coding, Learning, and Writing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is how versatile it is. I can use it for programming, troubleshooting, learning new concepts, writing documentation, and even organizing my thoughts. As someone who works with Node.js and JavaScript, I find it particularly useful when I need to understand an unfamiliar concept, explore different ways to solve a problem, or get a starting point for a piece of code.

The conversational format is one of its strongest features. I can ask a question, review the response, provide more context, and keep refining the answer until it fits what I need. This makes it much more useful than a tool that only provides a single response. It also helps me understand why an approach might work instead of simply copying a solution.

I also appreciate that I can use the same tool for technical and non-technical tasks. Whether I am exploring a programming issue, summarizing information, or improving written communication, ChatGPT is a convenient starting point. It has become a valuable part of my workflow because it helps me get through everyday tasks with less friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The biggest drawback is that ChatGPT can occasionally provide incorrect information with a lot of confidence. In programming, generated code may look correct at first but still contain logical errors, overlook edge cases, or require changes before it works in the actual application.

Sometimes the responses are also longer than necessary, particularly when I only need a direct answer. For more complicated questions, I may need to refine my prompt or provide additional context to get the result I want.

Despite these limitations, I still find the overall experience very positive. I treat its answers as a starting point, verify important technical details, and test code before using it. These extra checks are worth the effort because the tool is still extremely useful for brainstorming, learning, and solving everyday problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Streamlined AI Assistant for Getting More Done"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I like ChatGPT’s functionality as an AI assistant and find it powerful for keeping me organized. It helps me be productive and efficient when I upgrade my business plans and professional summaries, and gives me clear, concise pathways with verifiable information for deciding on next steps. I also like that it can summarize information and bring clarity and context to documents. The dashboard and tools feel clearly connected, compact, and simplified, and setting up the Mac app was very easy—the download was instantaneous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I think ChatGPT could use a model that gathers video and audio data at the same time to synthesize information. I think that would be very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Time-Saving Assistant for Writing, Troubleshooting, and Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

how versatile and practical it is. It helps me save time, organize my thoughts, improve my writing, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to complex tasks. I especially appreciate how it adapts to my needs, whether I’m working on professional emails, Excel formulas, product listings, or streamlining work processes. It feels like having a reliable assistant available whenever I need one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes ChatGPT can provide information that sounds confident but isn't entirely accurate, so I still need to double-check important details. It can also occasionally overcomplicate simple questions or give responses that feel repetitive or generic. I would like it to be more consistent with accuracy, follow instructions more precisely, and get to the point without unnecessary explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, reliable, and well-integrated AI with a good value premium"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Very intuitive, it quickly adapted to my needs and style and helps me in many professional and personal areas. It connects and integrates with most of my communication and creation tools... It's one of the AI that seems the most reliable with my tests, and I also use OpenAI models through other tools like Copilot for better results. The free version is already very effective, but the quality of the responses and my usage convinced me to upgrade to premium for a price that seems reasonable considering the time saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sensitive/encrypted information is sometimes random and needs to be thoroughly checked; even if the AI seems confident. The arrival of advertising makes me wary of the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Conversation-Driven Tool That Boosts Efficiency and Creativity"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is its versatility and ability to help me work more efficiently. As a director in higher education, I use it for everything from strategic planning, problem-solving, and data analysis to drafting communications, developing programs, and managing complex projects. It helps me organize my thoughts, consider different perspectives, and turn ideas into actionable plans.

I especially appreciate that I can have a conversation with ChatGPT, refine responses, and work through challenging situations rather than simply receiving a generic answer. It has become a valuable resource for both my professional and personal life, saving me time while helping me be more creative, productive, and intentional in my decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

My biggest frustration with ChatGPT is its inconsistency. It can be incredibly effective one moment and struggle with relatively simple tasks the next, particularly when creating or revising documents, spreadsheets, or interactive materials. Sometimes it makes unnecessary changes to content I've already approved or fails to follow specific instructions, which creates additional work rather than saving time.

I also find it frustrating when ChatGPT provides inaccurate information with too much confidence or repeatedly asks questions when I've already provided the necessary details. While I appreciate its conversational approach, there are times when I need it to simply complete the task without excessive explanations, reassurances, or back-and-forth.

Overall, it's a powerful tool, but improvements in reliability, accuracy, consistency, and the ability to retain context throughout a project would make it significantly more valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
