I like that ChatFin helps us automate repetitive and manual tasks using AI. We started with one agent focused on JE submissions and now use it across five areas. The team is great to work with: they are hands-on, genuinely want to help automate finance workflows using AI, and understand AI and finance concepts. That makes it easier to explain the processes, work through the details, and move solutions to production after testing. I also found the initial setup fairly easy because the ChatFin team coordinated with our IT and Cybersecurity team to establish orchestration with our ERP system.
