ChatFin is an AI Super Agent for finance and accounting teams. It replaces the separate tools that Controllers, FP&A, and AP/AR teams use for close, reconciliation, document processing, and reporting with one platform that reads and writes directly to the ERP. ChatFin ships with 100+ pre-built agents covering month-end close, GL reconciliation, accruals, variance analysis, invoice processing, duplicate detection, and audit trail generation across nine domains: Controllership, FP&A, AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Document Processing, Reconciliation, and Compliance. It connects natively to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Workday, Xero, Snowflake, and BigQuery through official APIs. Agents draft entries and flag exceptions; a person approves before anything is written to the ERP, and every action is logged for auditors. Customers have cut month-end close from 10 days to 3 and reduced AP touchpoints by 75%. SOC 2 Type II certified. Implementation takes under a week. Learn more at chatfin.ai.
