We use it in my company for more than 5 years, I have issues with slowness, freeze every day. The company promised to solve them many times, some calls but nothing done to solve it. They are unable to solve them because they promise but they don't do...

Very expensive tool thanks to a lot of functionnalities but the system freeze many times a day, the level of operationnal risk implied is very high for the user.
