Apart from providing exactly what we were searching for, Channext provides data insights and analytics to help vendors optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance; Channext automates manual processes, saving time and reducing errors; and Channext helps optimize limited resources by providing insights into the most effective marketing strategies and automating processes. I would also like to compliment the Channext team. They make working with Channext a real pleasure. **What do you dislike about Channext?** There is nothing that I dislike about Channext. However, if I HAD to name something, it would be the development time. **What problems is Channext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Channext provides a centralized platform for internal communication, as well as for communication between vendors, partners, and end-users. Channext makes it easier for our partners to get everything they need, from campaigns, to content and lead registration within the platform. **What do you dislike about Channext?** It is mainly marketing focused, which is not our main focus. So all marketing related functionalities work really well, however that is only one of the reasons that we use Channext. **What problems is Channext solving and how is that benefiting you?** One platform for our partners to find (almost) everything. Lead claiming, and opportunity registration via Channext leads to way less emails in the inbox of the partner managers of our team. ### 3. Their avaiability is amazing, the people are a delight to work with and the team overall are very proffesional. **What do you dislike about Channext?** Downside in visibilty in what the partner is intrested in next to the vendor they decide to work with. It would be a great addition to the platform to see what the intrest are next to what we are offering. **What problems is Channext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making reletable content for us and aligning this with our partners and scaling through their channel. The automation of this tool is out of this world and the ability to scale make it a valueable product. ### 4. Channext is not only a marketing tool. Both Sales and Marketing should be engaged to get the most significant success out of Channext **What problems is Channext solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have limited resources and can not support every channel partner in the Benelux that sells Logitech. Using Channext ensures us that every channel partner can spread the Logitech word in a controlled way. ### 5. The best experience for our company is that Channext actively helps us onboard our partners and makes the process as convenient and efficient as possible. We only have positive feedback and happy HP-partners! **What do you dislike about Channext?** For the improvement of Channext, I could only think about the technical aspects of the platform.
