Good but not being support anymore **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Liam A. | Ecommerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021 **What do you like best about ChannelGrabber?** The eas of product imports, This makes the update of stock super easy. with how fast you can import products and link them, you will be up and running with channel grabber in no time **What do you dislike about ChannelGrabber?** The software is being discontinued next year, which is a nightmare as they are trying to get you to move the pro version for money and takes the ease of many aspects of the software. **Recommendations to others considering ChannelGrabber:** Don't currently start a new contract as they are ending the software lifecycle and they will be trying to get you onto the pro system when you have everything setup **What problems is ChannelGrabber solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage our orders via Channel Grabber, making it streamlined and simple. We can also manage all our messages and refunds via the software, which removes the hassle of searching through eBay or Amazon to find the order before responding. Currently stock management is being used on this software to control our stock ### 2. The quick connection methods are perfect for any small business and import all your products into the software pretty much instantly. **What do you dislike about ChannelGrabber?** The customer support is shocking. You will get a 2-week window to discuss any issues you have anything. After that period, you better not want a response as no one will answer your issues. **What problems is ChannelGrabber solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use channel grabber as an all-in-one solution to merge all our eCommerce platforms into one. It also helps you also send customized invoices to your customers, which is great for a touch of personalization! The interface is simple to use, which helps save you time in the long run. **What do you dislike about ChannelGrabber?** ChannelGrabber falls short when it comes to its functions for triggering a low stock notification. It also lags in the time that it takes to sync to another piece of software. **Recommendations to others considering ChannelGrabber:** Give it a try! I think new users will really enjoy the simple GUI and ease of setup. If you ever have any questions about the program, ChannelGrabber has fantastic customer service as well, and will get back to you as soon as they can. **What problems is ChannelGrabber solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does lack some features that larger, similar programs offer, such as sales performance pages and SKU/product linking across sales channels. With that being said, it has a great value in comparison with its competitor applications. ### 6. Occasionally support staff takes a while to respond. **Recommendations to others considering ChannelGrabber:** It manages my stock between selling channels with very little problems, the support service it great to, and best of all its good value compared with its competitors. It may take a while for the support staff to reply, so be prepared for that. **What problems is ChannelGrabber solving and how is that benefiting you?** On the product page, you can easily see what items have errors or are active which is VERY handy. ### 7. It definitely helps to have something that helps you sort out the orders by creating invoices. ### 8.
