Customer service and support. Staff at CG4 assisted with all aspects of the integration to include user training and successful uploads of scan data from CG4. When issues are identified, the staff at CG4 will delegate the issue to staff member responsible and it will be resolved via email or direct phone call response in a reasonable time-frame. Remote training. This is a personal preference only. The software industry is now able to conduct training remotely and screen shots and "Webex" technology allow for customer support remotely now. CG4 staff are proactive and available remotely but I had expected a member to assist initially in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
