I am not satisfied with the timeliness of the personal tax filing, as they are often not filed until quite late, around June. I believe this process could be more timely. Additionally, I would appreciate if there was more involvement in tax planning, rather than just focusing on the filing aspect. Ceterus takes one of the most important part of your business, accounting, and streamlines them into prompt, real time, easy to understand financials, through QuickBooks. Their entire staff is knowledgeable, very responsive, professional and nice. Not to mention a HUGE bargain! Using Ceterus Edge was/is the best business decision I’ve ever made!
