Their responsiveness to questions and requested changes ensures that any queries I might have are addressed promptly, providing peace of mind. I find the combination of bookkeeping and both personal and business tax filing services particularly beneficial, as it simplifies my financial management by having these services unified under one provider. Moreover, the user interface is notably intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to view reports and my books with ease. This efficient presentation of information makes complex financial data more accessible and understandable, which is invaluable for managing our business operations effectively. **What do you dislike about Ceterus Edge?** I am not satisfied with the timeliness of the personal tax filing, as they are often not filed until quite late, around June. I believe this process could be more timely. Additionally, I would appreciate if there was more involvement in tax planning, rather than just focusing on the filing aspect. Lastly, I feel the service could benefit from being a bit more personalized to better meet individual needs. **What problems is Ceterus Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ceterus Edge simplifies my bookkeeping and tax filing, combining both for convenience. It helps if you have some basic accounting knowledge, but they handle the nuances well when they can integrate. **What problems is Ceterus Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ceterus Edge ties in directly with my bank accounts, inventory, and POSa reports to automatically prepare accounting statements for me. They also provide nice charts and tables for me to review my performance over time. ### 3. Their entire staff is knowledgeable, very responsive, professional and nice. Not to mention a HUGE bargain! Using Ceterus Edge was/is the best business decision I’ve ever made! **What do you dislike about Ceterus Edge?** Can’t really say I dislike anything Ceterus has done for me! **What problems is Ceterus Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Ceterus, I either attempted to do my own books and then a local bookkeeping/accounting company. Financials were always months out and I relied on memory or personally generated Excel spreadsheets. I was spending a small fortune monthly, for financials that were several months behind While still spending hours of my own time to still be ‘in the dark’ about finances. Ceterus Edge allows me to access critical finances at a touch of my keyboard, phone or tablet. I use Ceterus for 4 total businesses, 3 different industries, 2 of which are franchises that have additional moving parts.
