## About CertLedger
CertLedger is vendor insurance compliance software for property managers and general contractors. Vendors and brokers email Certificates of Insurance (ACORD 25 and equivalents) to a dedicated intake address. CertLedger reads each certificate, checks it against your insurance requirements—coverage limits, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory language, certificate holder, and policy dates—and produces line-item findings. Non-compliant certificates generate chase drafts to the vendor or the broker listed on the cert. Renewals are tracked so coverage doesn’t quietly lapse. How it works: • AI only transcribes what’s on the certificate • Deterministic rules decide pass/fail against your matrix (drafted from your vendor-contract insurance exhibit) • Uncertainty escalates to a human—never a silent “compliant” • No full-inbox OAuth scan and no required vendor portal Getting started: Email about 10 certificates to certs@certledger.ai for a free pilot report.
