Vendors and brokers email Certificates of Insurance (ACORD 25 and equivalents) to a dedicated intake address. CertLedger reads each certificate, checks it against your insurance requirements—coverage limits, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory language, certificate holder, and policy dates—and produces line-item findings. Non-compliant certificates generate chase drafts to the vendor or the broker listed on the cert. Renewals are tracked so coverage doesn’t quietly lapse.
