certification.app Reviews & Product Details

certification.app is continuing education (CE) and license renewal tracking software for licensed mental health professionals and group practices. It covers LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, psychologists, addiction counselors, and psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) across all 50 states. Users add their licenses, and the software applies each state board’s renewal rules, including total hours, renewal cycle, deadline, ethics minimums, and other required topics, so each license becomes a checklist of remaining requirements. Users can upload CE certificates, which are read automatically and counted toward the right requirements. The software sends deadline reminders and produces an audit-ready export of completed CE. Group practices can track compliance for every clinician in one place. Individual plans cover up to 10 licenses and cost $119 per year or $12 per month after a 30-day free trial.
