  ### 1. CERNER USER EXPERIENCE

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

Is user-friendly and you can connect from different platforms int he facility. It can be accessed from the surgical suite and get ready the patient and the surgical for emergency cases.

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

Not able to use on a cellphone . Now a day, managers are in a meeting and will be really nice to have access to review data on the phone. Live feed can be an option to be implement in the future where we can see what is really happening .

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

Live feed of the department and 24/7 support .

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 2. Daily use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

I like how everything is together and easily accessible. The ambulatory organizer calendar is one of the best features, especially during a busy clinic day.

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

It can be complicated when trying to schedule appointments through this software. I like visual appeal but the interface of this software is very bland. You can't even customize the colors to your liking. While everything is easily accessible, it does look very cluttered.

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

Please be aware that it is a lot of tabs on the interface. It can be tricky and somewhat complicated as a new user. Therefore, I suggest playing around with it to get a feel for it first.

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proper scheduling, responding promptly to patient messages, updating clinic schedules, utilizing safety dashboard, requesting medical records and viewing said medical records/documentation.

  ### 3. Very functioning, UI may be confusing.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaehoon L. | Medical informaticist, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2017

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

Very functioning clinician's desktop. Have flexibility of additional development using mPage, which is a component provided by Cerner for extension. Look and feel is good.

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

User interfaces are sometimes confusing. For example, if a user opens an order or order set (PowerPlan) from a dialog, it is opened from the originated window rather than currently opened window. There is a refresh on top right, sometimes user should click it to see up-to-date data, which result in patient status missing.

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of outpatient and inpatient across hospitals and clinics are well done with Cerner PowerWorks

  ### 4. Helpful, Useful Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica J. | OP Recep/ER Intake, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

Not too difficult to use, simple, not too many issues that need fixed while working on the software

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

I actually really liked this product. No issues for me.

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting consumers the care they need without too much distraction or difficulty

  ### 5. Powerworks makes practice management easier

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

The best part of the software is the ability to interface with the electronic medical record. By having seamless integration between this and power chart, appointments can easily be scheduled, patients can then register prior to coming in for the appointment. This is important because it speeds up wait times. Wait time is an important factor in running a medical practice. This allows the clinic to run smoother on a daily basis

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

This software is better suited for smaller practices as opposed to larger hospitals. The program can be slow at times. While the cloud model is good in theory, the systems on virtual models often go down and then the business is out of luck.

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

I think this software is a good choice for someone looking to first try practice management integration with EMR. Cerner power chart is a wonderful software and this is a nice addition for any practice already using cerner

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this software as a way to integrate patient management from a business standpoint with our electronic medical record to provide patient care. The benefits of scheduling and patient tracking have made this a good choice for software for our practice

  ### 6. Cerner Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis S. | Clinical Office/Medical Assistant, Medical Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

Ability to create macros and somewhat easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

Complicated at points, to many boxes to click.

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

It's a dependable EHR and meets basic needs for charting. Mostly easy to use and to learn how to use.

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with speed of charting, productivity and overall documentation for each patient chart.

  ### 7. Cerner EHR Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

This allows for patients to be a part of managing their own health. Physicians are able to keep absolutely everything on record, it is in real-time, and many people can access records at once. This system was made to improve the quality of care being rendered- and it does just that!

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

That physicians and healthcare providers are able to leave patient records incomplete. They can enter as much or as little data as they would like. There should be a feature which tracks the minimum requirement and should flag the physician on its own if something is missing.

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

Make Cerner more available on other products rather than a desktop computer. I believe that having it on a tablet may be more useful. Sometimes the patient can feel a little neglected if the physician is staring at a computer screen. If tablets are used, they can speak to the patient and then quickly enter information. Or maybe Cerner can come out with a feature that records the physician and then self-transcribe the language into written notes within the patient records

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing better quality care. The patient feels more cared for when their provider can pull up every detail about their health with just the click of a mouse. We are catching errors before they occur by having all of the patients information available in real-time.

  ### 8. Not user friendly

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

Not much to like about this software. Not user friendly

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

Just about everything. So many click just to order one thing. Half of lab orders you can even find. Have to refresh after every click or else new orders wont appear.

**Recommendations to others considering Ambulatory EHR:**

Definitly try it before you buy it

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient health

  ### 9. Great system but alot of updates.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Ambulatory EHR?**

I love how easy this system is to use. We use it to update demographic information, patients' charts and for scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Ambulatory EHR?**

There are a lot of updates with this system. When there are updates, we are unable to maneuver around the system as easy.

**What problems is Ambulatory EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to be efficient in collecting demographic information. It will inform us if there is an error.
