I like the centralization of the process. It truly allows expense reimbursement to be paperless while allowing for good oversight of expenses. Reporting can be a little tricky, its probably the least user friendly feature of the product but customer service reps can usually create the report you want. You can keep going back to the custom report and updating it later.
