**What do you like best about Cerby?**

All of our accounts are in one place, which enables ease of access. Our passwords are stored and rotated to ensure safety so we never have to worry about someone outside of our organization gaining access. I like the control that Cerby offers.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

I have issues with the 2FA system set up. I wish the process was uniform throughout the apps. Additionally, there's only a limited about of applications that Cerby recognizes and if more websites and applications were recognized, it would make the uniform appearance and storage of all of our accounts that much easier.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the only Social Media Video Producer for my team, the best thing that Cerby does for me is to remove 2FA issues. I no longer have to wait by my phone to give access codes to 50 different people each day - they have the ability to safely login themselves.

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

- Cerby allows us to share multiple login credentials grouped by client and across multiple teams
- We love that Cerby allows for easy password updates on the client's side
- Bulk import for thousands of social media accounts

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

- As with any new app, there is a curve in learning how to use the app. But once you do... happiness
- A couple of times, the app was not as fast as we would have wanted

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our company, we come from using LastPass as our password manager. Unfortunately, everything was very "manual": passwords needed to be changed manually, we needed to assign permissions to employees individually, and clients needed to share their login credentials with us so that we would be able to manage their accounts. Cerby solved all that for us. It feels more robust and it offers security features we were lacking.

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

Cerby allows creators, publishers and businesses to manage multiple social media accounts credentials from a single dashboard and ease common problems like having to create multiple phone numbers, email addresses and 2FA.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

I would love to create and onboard accounts from the Cerby interface as opposed to having to go to the Social Media Platforms themselves. Additionally, to change basic account details from there instead of having to manually log in like changing the header, name, description, email, etc. I'm curious if this is something that could be done via the API or create a bot that logins into the account and do the changes.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Cerby, we had to create new email addresses for every account, borrow phone numbers from coworkers and issues storing/sharing 2FAs/passwords with team members!

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

having my passwords in one place sometimes gets me out of a hurry to be faster but logging into cerby to register each time makes the process more difficult and I wish it was more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

every time I have to enter my password in cerby as it is not permanent and I have to do it every day every time I log in or sometimes several times which makes it a bit annoying in my perception.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am supposed to have all my passwords centralized in one place so I don't have to struggle to access different platforms without the need to capture passwords and also manage with other people or work team in case I need it.

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

After using several other password management platforms, Cerby has been a miracle for our team. We manage 100+ social media accounts and struggled with onboarding/offboarding, 2FA management, and account sharing. We work with global teams and needing to contact others in the middle of the night to access our accounts was completely unsustainable. Cerby fixes all of that and has sleek UI and fast performance. Being able to use Google logins has provided better security for our accounts and additional peace of mind. Having custom email addresses and phone numbers has helped a lot with email clutter and making sure that the right people get the 2FA codes immediately.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

Nothing in particular. I'm just looking forward to continued optimizations. The Cerby team is very responsive and has been able to resolve our issues immediately.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cerby is helping to solve security issues. Additionally, it has helped to support our social media marketing efforts by allowing us to enable our team to utilize 100+ accounts seamlessly and on-the-go. We need to quickly get into our accounts but want to maintain high security with 2FA.

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

Makes it incredibly easy to share login information across teams, even on mobile. It would be extremely frustrating to have to share passwords and sign in multiple times, and this makes it easier to do what you need to do.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

Honestly there's not much to dislike. It's easy to use and doesn't require a steep learning curve or significant instruction. Maybe making it a bit more clear on how to copy authentication codes.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing social logins across multiple team members could have been an incredibly frustrating process. Cerby makes it a lot easier to get people logged in and sharing content.

Multiple users can access the tool and it helps you to manage a full team of people that may need to enter different platforms without using multiple accounts and passwords.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

It does not work 100%. I have to sign in every single time to Cerby when I need access to any of the connected accounts we have there... So, it slows down the process of entering the platforms that I need because I have to do this step first.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, none :/ I stopped using it because the problem remains and the team that gives us support hasn't been able to find a reason why this is happening till now.

You can log in easier and faster to different platforms using Cerby than if you log in individually, the share inbox is really usefull, Cerby helps me reduce work time

Sometimes Cerby takes you out of the session of the platform that you are using or takes a lot of time to attempt login, or sometimes you can´t access to some platforms both on pc and on the app

It helps me to share account of different platforms with my team, it helps us to reduce the creations of new accounts and users of the different connected platforms

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

I love that it works with okta. It automatically removes access to termed employees, and with password, rotation turned on, account passwords are changed automatically for added security. I love the amazing team, everyone on Cerby is amazing, I cannot say enough great things about the team. They are very hands-on and eager to listen, adapt and constantly improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

I do not have anything I dislike about Cerby. Maybe having a feature that can automatically capture new logins and update them within the Cerby portal might be helpful

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access management of 3rd party platforms. With Cerby, we can better manage who has access to non-centrally managed platforms, by putting controls that ensure only authorized users have access to these platforms.

The security it offers you for access in a work team, quality of dynamism, and one of the best options for organizing access and work platforms.

At the moment, it helps us a lot at work, it can improve the interface, make the inbox panel more visible, it can improve the login process to the dashboard to make it more agile.

Centralize access to different platforms we use daily, providing the necessary security and making you more productive. Additionally, it securely stores passwords privately.

Handling with the equipment is much better, avoiding accidents with passwords and improper access.
I like that it links to corporate email, which makes it easier and safer to access.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

More detailed documentation of its use is needed.
The team often has issues with the interface but nothing to be alarmed about. The interface of the platform could improve.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prevents improper access, which prevents us from any existing vulnerability. Controlling passwords is a good way to stay organized. I think that is the main situation.

**What do you like best about Cerby?**

The fact that all ad accoutns for all platforms live in one place. Moreover, the fact that in this one platform (Cerby), we can take control over the security of these accounts, something that is a challenge as a big organization give.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

Having to ensure that everything we own in all business managers is in Cerby and easily accessible. Ad accounts only account for some of the assets we own - businesses own Pixels and Pages as well, need to ensure these are also a smooth oboarding as business managers.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad account security and ownership as this is our biggest challenge since we are a business with a great amount of brands and a large team. Being able to centralize this within Cerby is great!

Cerby has helped keep me, me. It's truly incredible, and has given me the ability to navigate between apps with ease, which makes the day so much easier in every aspect.

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

Literally nothing, it's possibly the greatest invention since sliced bread, possibly even greater. I can't even imagine my life before Cerby, as that was undoubtedly a darker time.

Cerby eliminates the need for multiple password/account sheets that you have to remember, and gives you the ability to log in with one-tap from anywhere, anytime.

The way I can log in to all the company's social accounts with just one click, and share access with my teammates is incredible. Also, the benefit of shared 2FA makes cerby the best service to share accounts.

I think cerby can improve the UI/UX, but in general terms i'm ok with all the features  the service offers.

**What problems is Cerby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cerby solves the problem of sharing access to different accounts easily. In the case of my company, it allows configuring access to social networks by adding 2FA to the accounts, and sharing those accesses with the people who need them without compromising the security of the accounts.

Login has never been so easy and fast. The most useful thing is that Cerby does it all, it takes care of filling in all the requested fields automatically

**What do you dislike about Cerby?**

It logs out continuously, although that is not negative in itself, but a security measure. The truth is that I have not yet found something that Cerby needs to improve on.

Ceby helps me securely share access to the different company accounts among colleagues, it takes care of filling in all the required fields just by clicking the Cerby icon.

Being able to log into all of our company accounts in one place is incredibly helpful and efficient.

I wish they had a version that worked on mobile because right now you have to have a browser extension that doesn't work on phones.
