The back end is very complex and I think Centric could provide better documentation and trainings. Admin course was helpful and the Config Level 1 was very knowledgeable for the first two days. I would like to explore Document Generator Tool, but no one yet seems to know how it works. I also want to find out how "Similar Styles" works, but again, there is very little knowledge of how this can be set up or used when asking the Centric trainers and support team.
