The official documentation for some plugins leaves much to be desired, especially for the IBM MQ plugin, which is complex even for an expert. The interface is not always user-friendly, making the search for options sometimes complicated in the templates. Getting to grips with Centreon is quite complicated for a novice, requiring a lot of knowledge to be well utilized. Our previous solution, INM, was easier and faster to use for similar tasks.
