What do you like best about CedCommerce?

The team at CED are always very quick to respond to any questions and provide any information or fixes extremely quickly. Our use case was a bit complicated and out of the norm for them, but they were great about working with us to find a solution to all of our issues. We are looking into setting up another Tik Tok integration for another brand and will absolutely be using the CEDCommerce software for this setup as well. Mohammed Nadeem Khan especially has provided great support and prompt replies any time we have needed information or assistance from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CedCommerce?

When it works it works but not a good product or service if there's a glitch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CedCommerce?

Pausing your account and holding you to ransom until you upgrade. Missing orders not coming through. They don't work out of hours even for very serious technical glitches they will not be available. Spending an hour chatting to their 'helpdesk' trying to sort our an issue. They will also try and charge you extra $200 to fix an issue with their own plugin/subscription which is ridiculous. No apology or ownership or any sort of resolution when they mess up. Be prepared to lose lots of orders and have your companies reputation damaged as a result of their issues.
