**What do you like best about CDW?**

I like they way they outline all the product in one console it is like a market place for all the consumables with some great discounts. There chatbot is super helpful too!

**What do you dislike about CDW?**

They have some competitors in the market with some better pricing on some products. If they can do price match that would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering CDW:**

I sometimes experience slowness when accessing their site, if that can improvise that it would make a great customer UI experience.

**What problems is CDW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CDW makes it easy to find new products in the markets and also make some good suggestions based on our requirements. They really have wild range of options when it comes to hardware and software purchasing. Their compare option is also very helpful as it can help you in making some great decisions.
