Once set up it has saved an almost incalculable amount of manul time with uploading paper documents to Salesforce. The OCR and barcoding are particularly well done, making for easy document retrieval. We needed a couple of system tweaks over the years and the ccScan team (Monte) has always been very helpful. The software capabilities seem to really exceed the scanner software, even on the new hardware we just upgraded to. Would recommend to anyone dealing with paper documents that need to be digitized and uploaded. **What do you dislike about CCScan?** The dashboard interface could use a refresh. **What problems is CCScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** it's basically a one-button operation. Stack all typed of docs on the scanner and it recognizes the types and even specific parts of the page. ### 2. It allows scanning with OCR, which is very efficient. **What do you dislike about CCScan?** No cons, the only price might be a little expensive, but it is worth the compromise. **What problems is CCScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to automate our document management. It helped a lot and saved my time. Quickly scan through the OCR mechanism, which is very impressive. ### 4. Price effective strategic is needed. in other words lesser the price more attraction to make user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering CCScan:** keep going the way your and you will make it to perfection **What problems is CCScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** efficiency has been increase tremendously, as I said before too that time has been saved and better storage of documents with no wastage of paper. ease of scanning and uploadation of the requirement that is best thing I have came across. another excellent feature CCScan is its autocorrect the documents for best view and directly uploads to the clouds. with the help of this software we can digitalize the business documents to our company clouds. because of its presence we can share the documents with client in no time. its totally saves time in simplified way. ### 6. Scan and Import of document using automatic adjuster make it a pro in its field . It also allow us to import documents using bar-code and OCR due to that it has increased our workflow. It can easily integrated with Dropbox. sales force,Ms Azure , Amazon web service and many more. **What do you dislike about CCScan?** We only have issue with the tech support team. They take to much time to solve our issue. **Recommendations to others considering CCScan:** In our daily work we need to scan documents , short by folders and then send it to or save it, the whole process take to much time.But due to ccscan the whole process become easier. During the scanning they automatically identify and they classify the documents as you command it to do so. Due to it we can now share big documents digital to our clients when ever they demand it. The Annotation and Redaction feature can be use to leave or hide any comments. **What do you dislike about CCScan?** It has a capability to detect up to 9 barcodes per sheet of paper not more than that.Little costly as compair to other software. **Recommendations to others considering CCScan:** ccscan work on three simple rule scan, sorted and upload.
