What do you like best about CCScan?

We've used this software for over 7 years now, and we continue to enjoy it. Once set up it has saved an almost incalculable amount of manul time with uploading paper documents to Salesforce.

The OCR and barcoding are particularly well done, making for easy document retrieval. We needed a couple of system tweaks over the years and the ccScan team (Monte) has always been very helpful.

The software capabilities seem to really exceed the scanner software, even on the new hardware we just upgraded to. Would recommend to anyone dealing with paper documents that need to be digitized and uploaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCScan?

nothing to dislike about this software. everything I finds got and time saving but only problem is that further innovation is possible like document reader can be implemented and while there is many product to chose from uploading documents the charges are too much.

What problems is CCScan solving and how is that benefiting you?

efficiency has been increase tremendously, as I said before too that time has been saved and better storage of documents with no wastage of paper. ease of scanning and uploadation of the requirement that is best thing I have came across. another excellent feature CCScan is its autocorrect the documents for best view and directly uploads to the clouds.

with the help of this software we can digitalize the business documents to our company clouds. because of its presence we can share the documents with client in no time. its totally saves time in simplified way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CCScan?

Easy set up and user friendly UI make it ease to use software.The automation feature save manual setup. Scan and Import of document using automatic adjuster make it a pro in its field .

It also allow us to import documents using bar-code and OCR due to that it has increased our workflow. It can easily integrated with Dropbox. sales force,Ms Azure , Amazon web service and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our daily work we need to scan documents , short by folders and then send it to or save it, the whole process take to much time.But due to ccscan the whole process become easier.

With the help of this software we are able to digitize our business documents to our company clouds. Due to it we can now share big documents digital to our clients when ever they demand it.

Tottaly user friendly software easy to setup. and save a lots of time in editing and uploading documents. It can easily integrated with all major CRM and cloud storage.Scan or import a document directly to your Chatter without storing the document in a Salesforce Content Library.It scane both Barcodes and OCR automatically.
