It's fast, efficient, and reliable, never have I ever seen spam or ad, and personal data is safe for sure with advanced protection features. No others in proximity. however with times changing and efficient tools in place, seems CCleaner needs to level up their game now. Ease of use is still good. It lags in clean up for critical directory which helps in functional system OS file thus slowing down system, other tools such as bleachbit have proved through cleanup of residue files and folders in much shorter time.

For some time, it seemed like updates occurred in overdrive. We were getting random popups throughout the day notifying us that the software had updated. May be necessary for users who don't utilize the software often, but since we use it daily it was a bit of a nuisance. This issue seems to be resolved currently.
