I also like how there is a summary of account transactions and so on, so we can review information. **What do you dislike about CCH iFirm?** I dislike how there aren't more options to search contacts, such as searching by email address. There are times where I would only have an email address and can't figure out who is related to it. I would have to search manually or by guessing. **Recommendations to others considering CCH iFirm:** It may seem a lot at first, but once employees get the hang of it, it's simple to use. **What problems is CCH iFirm solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the way that I use CCH iFirm, is mostly for accounts payables/receivables. Using the Account Payable summary helps track which clients owe us money or have already paid. ### 3. It's an efficient software to keep track of all client information, and employee information in regards to billable hours worked. **What do you dislike about CCH iFirm?** CCH iFirm can be a little slow on loading some pages. **Recommendations to others considering CCH iFirm:** I would recommend playing around with software first and figuring out where everything is to ensure it's easy to use in the future. **What problems is CCH iFirm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is much easier to track your hours worked and how many hours are related to client work and how much is related to admin work. This can be very useful especially if you have a billable hour minimum requirement to hit for the month. ### 4.
