Maybe it would be worth creating an error pop-up, so the user would know what is wrong and why the task didn't go through. **What problems is Castlight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Health issues, staying motivated, burnout at work, sharing knowledge about the covid, sleep routines and nutrition. I had my physical and eye exam and didn't receive points. Another thing is that the points don't roll over. According to their Customer Care department, they are only eligible within the same year. However, this is not noted in the website, terms and conditions or faqs. I'm in the process of opting out of the program and refuse to help anyone sign up or answer their questions. **What problems is Castlight solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not solving anything as they are sticking to their guns about the points being reset. ### 5. This is a great tool for AT&T because healthy employees are better employees, and it’s great for me because I struggle with the motivation to work out. Earning money is a good motivator! **What do you dislike about Castlight?** I wish there wasn’t a limit on how much you can redeem in gift cards. Once you "max out" your activities, you can't redeem any more gift cards. **Recommendations to others considering Castlight:** If you have the opportunity to use it, use it. If you're considering getting this for your company, get it. Earning points by completing activities or meeting other health goals is a great and fun way to help keep me motivated and manage my health. I also like the variety of rewards that are available, which includes a good selection of gift cards and even visa prepaid card. I also find the health related articles and also the assessments that are available in the app to be very helpful and informative, which adds to its overall usefulness. **What do you dislike about Castlight?** It would be nice if there were more compatible step trackers or step tracking apps. Currently, the number of compatible trackers seems limited. Also, the number of steps tracked in the step tracking app I use (Samsung Health) don't exactly match up with the steps recorded in Castlight, even after manually syncing. Also, I wish that it was possible to be able to track progress towards other types of exercises and fitness, other than just steps. **What problems is Castlight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Castlight helps me stay motivated by reminding me to complete health and fitness goals I have set for myself as well as rewarding me as I make progress towards them. Because the app is easy to use, I have found it to be an effective way to stay on top of the basic aspects of good health (staying active, eating right and getting enough sleep). ### 13.
