Also, as a marketer, I love that it can help me create content with ease. There are several ways to create content on here, that I'm still tinkering around with, and so far, I've had a good experience playing with it. Should also note that it's pretty easy to use, for all the folks that might be scared to take on a new platform, but once you get the hang of it and implement some of your systems on there, you'll be using it every day. Lastly, want to give credit to the support team. They respond to questions pretty fast, and even have a slack channel for folks to share tips and tricks. Overall, this is a areally darn good product. Looking forward to seeing what other tools they can sync with in the future. **What do you dislike about Cassidy?** Even though they integrate with a lot of the most prominent tools out there, I'm curious to see what they can do to integrate with smaller startups. I'm constantly testing new tools out, so would love to see if they include any startup-level software. Granted, I know with AI systems you have to pick and choose who to partner with. Not a dislike, per se, just something to think about for the future. **What problems is Cassidy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest thing that I've been using Cassidy for is coming up with ideas for content, along with being able to quickly get information from my support documentation so it can help with product marketing. These come with extensive literature, strict adherence requirements, and terminology that isn’t always familiar. A dedicated AI assistant has been an enormous help, not only in simplifying management and understanding but also in practical scenarios. For instance, while filling out an online compliance application for a customer, I encountered particularly complex wording. Translating it into terms that mirrored our compliance policies and terminology was challenging. That’s where the AI assistant truly came into its own. I could simply paste the question, and it would provide a clear answer, citing all the relevant policy documents required for adherence. It was fantastic and saved me so much time. Now, I use AI assistants for a range of tasks, including legal, HR, company policies, and technical support, to name a few. The intention isn’t to replace these roles but to use AI to assist with those smaller, time-consuming tasks that often bog us down. The only challenge I’ve encountered so far is the sheer amount of data I wanted to upload, which pushed into enterprise-level storage requirements. Cassidy has been incredibly helpful in addressing this, but it’s been the only significant hurdle I’ve faced so far. We’re a small but mighty business, and we’ve accumulated a significant amount of data over time. Our goal is to leverage all of it with Cassidy to achieve the best possible outcomes. This might make us somewhat unique, given the technical nature of our business and the volume of data we handle.
