There are so many AI tools in the market, I feel like Cassidy stands out as one that cares less about creating a cool chatbot experience, rather, it focuses on making sure that your tools work together to provide you with answers about your business that you would normally spend time scouring your sytems for.

Also, as a marketer, I love that it can help me create content with ease.

There are several ways to create content on here, that I'm still tinkering around with, and so far, I've had a good experience playing with it.

Should also note that it's pretty easy to use, for all the folks that might be scared to take on a new platform, but once you get the hang of it and implement some of your systems on there, you'll be using it every day.

Lastly, want to give credit to the support team. They respond to questions pretty fast, and even have a slack channel for folks to share tips and tricks.

Even though they integrate with a lot of the most prominent tools out there, I'm curious to see what they can do to integrate with smaller startups.

I'm constantly testing new tools out, so would love to see if they include any startup-level software.

Granted, I know with AI systems you have to pick and choose who to partner with.

The best thing about Cassidy is that it actually lets you build AI systems that work the way you want them to. I used it to create an entire professional development platform, and the level of control it gave me was incredible - especially for making AI that can coach and teach effectively.

The only downside is that there is so much potential to do more that I often feel like I'm leaving things on the table. Cassidy has been revolutionary for my business. Running a business involves countless facets where you need expertise, and it’s impossible to be an expert at everything. For a while, I had been looking for a convenient, secure, and simple way to use AI with my own data—and ask meaningful questions about it.

One standout example is with our ISO accreditations. These come with extensive literature, strict adherence requirements, and terminology that isn’t always familiar. A dedicated AI assistant has been an enormous help, not only in simplifying management and understanding but also in practical scenarios.

For instance, while filling out an online compliance application for a customer, I encountered particularly complex wording. Translating it into terms that mirrored our compliance policies and terminology was challenging. That’s where the AI assistant truly came into its own. I could simply paste the question, and it would provide a clear answer, citing all the relevant policy documents required for adherence. It was fantastic and saved me so much time.

Now, I use AI assistants for a range of tasks, including legal, HR, company policies, and technical support, to name a few. The intention isn’t to replace these roles but to use AI to assist with those smaller, time-consuming tasks that often bog us down.

At this time, I’m using Cassidy at a basic level, and it has been fantastic. The only challenge I’ve encountered so far is the sheer amount of data I wanted to upload, which pushed into enterprise-level storage requirements. Cassidy has been incredibly helpful in addressing this, but it’s been the only significant hurdle I’ve faced so far.

We’re a small but mighty business, and we’ve accumulated a significant amount of data over time. Our goal is to leverage all of it with Cassidy to achieve the best possible outcomes. This might make us somewhat unique, given the technical nature of our business and the volume of data we handle.

I have tried many other platforms but Cassidy wins hands down due to its simplicity of design, great user interface and a great founding and support team. One of the key highlights about Cassidy is that it has a very low learning curve and as such does not need any specific knowledge about LLM's or Assistant API etc. It has many models that you can choose from and it simplifies many complex things such as web page scraping etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
