Prior to using Caseguard, we used free tools for redaction. They were cumbersome and not optimized for what we needed. Caseguard is much easier to learn, and the customer service has been great when I have had questions. Very Responsive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI tool/face recognition blurs all faces, so if I just need to blur one or two in a crowd, I have to individually cancel all of the others. When those cancelled faces move, it registers as a new face and blurs the same face again, so in many cases, it is more productive for me to apply the redactions manually. Caseguard would be much better if the facial recognition could recognize that face for the duration of the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
