## About CaseFlow
CaseFlow is legal practice management software for solo and small US law firms (1-9 attorneys), built around one idea: a firm should be able to prove its work, not just store it. Every consequential record, from trust transactions to matter changes, is written to a SHA-256 hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail. There are no silent edits, no convenience deletes, and no admin override that bypasses history. Trust ledgers export as court-ready, self-authenticating bundles aligned with FRE 902(13), and the top plan anchors the audit chain daily to an independent RFC 3161 timestamp authority. Around that audit layer, CaseFlow covers the daily work of a small practice: client and matter management with unlimited matters, time tracking with start/stop timers, invoicing and recurring invoices, full IOLTA trust accounting with three-way reconciliation, conflict of interest checking, document management and document automation with generated authenticity certificates, e-signature for engagement letters, deadline tracking, a client portal where clients view case status and documents, proposals and estimates, and reporting. Designed specifically for the legal industry, CaseFlow uses the terminology attorneys actually use: matters (not projects), engagement letters (not contracts), disbursements (not expenses), and trust accounts (not generic ledgers). Each firm gets its own isolated workspace at a custom subdomain (yourfirm.caseflow.law) with a dedicated database, so no other firm's data ever shares your tables. CaseFlow supports two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, and encrypted sessions. CaseFlow offers three plans: Solo ($49/seat/month), Firm Growth ($69/seat/month), and Multi-Practice ($99/seat/month), all with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. The tamper-evident audit trail and full IOLTA trust accounting are included on every plan, including Solo, not sold as add-ons.
