Every consequential record, from trust transactions to matter changes, is written to a SHA-256 hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail. Each firm gets its own isolated workspace at a custom subdomain (yourfirm.caseflow.law) with a dedicated database, so no other firm's data ever shares your tables.
