Casearoo is case management software built for education. K-12 districts, colleges, universities, higher education systems and state departments of education use Casearoo to manage sensitive cases on one secure platform instead of spreadsheets, email and shared drives. Any office that opens a case can run its own workflow in Casearoo, including Title IX, HR and employee relations, EEO, student conduct, ADA/504 accommodations, behavioral intervention and CARE teams, threat assessment, public safety, and bullying and harassment (HIB) reporting. Each department keeps its own forms, stages, permissions and deadlines, so Title IX cases never mix with HR investigations, while leadership still gets one view across the institution. At the center of every case is a visual case map. It puts every party, document, task and deadline on one investigation board. Staff can log notes, send email, schedule meetings, attach documents and record outcomes directly from the board. Workflow boards move cases through department-specific stages, with approval gates and time limits that flag overdue and upcoming deadlines. Public report forms, including anonymous reports, feed intake and become cases when opened. An admin dashboard shows active cases, past-deadline items and trends across every department. Reporting lets teams filter by department, location and date range and compare results to prior periods. They can also build custom reports, schedule automatic delivery, and export to CSV, PDF, Excel or image. A 15-step setup wizard takes a department from a name to a working board. It covers stages, intake forms, party roles, staff permissions, task checklists and correspondence templates, and nothing goes live until you choose to build it. Casearoo is cloud-hosted on servers in the United States. It supports single sign-on through your existing identity provider, integration with your student information system, and role-based permissions scoped by department, campus and role.
