CARS Reviews & Product Details

CARS by Sotaware is a cash reconciliation software for healthcare organizations, built for CFOs, controllers, revenue cycle leaders and cash posting teams. It ties every dollar a health system, hospital or clinic receives to the bank, the billing systems and the general ledger, every day. Revenue cycle and accounting close the month in days, every variance is explained with fewer people and less manual work, and finance spends its time planning ahead instead of chasing cash. The result is stronger net revenue and operating margin. Every day, CARS matches 835 remittances (ERAs) to ACH, lockbox and check deposits, ties clinic and registration payments to their deposits, and finds unposted cash. It compares every bank account it covers, books every other transaction from card fees to transfers, ties out to the general ledger through cash clearing and builds the journal entries. CARS works alongside the major billing systems (Epic, all others), ERPs and banks. Sotaware Solutions has never lost a customer.
