Sotaware Solutions' flagship product is CARS ("CAsh Reconciliation Solution"), a cash reconciliation software for healthcare providers. Every day it answers three questions: where did every dollar go, do the allocations match what the billing system posted and sent to the general ledger, and did the money arrive in the bank and get recorded in the ledger. It covers insurance payments, matching 835s to ACH and check deposits, and point-of-service payments from clinics, registration and other locations. It works across every bank account and billing system, Epic and non-Epic. Every other bank transaction is sorted by rule and booked, so the whole account reconciles, and Sotaware produces the reconciliation and the journal entries.
